Absolute worst TD branch of all time. Walked in 40 mins before their closing time to open an account and they said they can’t because it’s too late. So, basically they are physically there but not serving clients. Please close when you can no longer help your clients!
The worst Branch I ever seen, they don't respect their customers privacy, their customer services are really weak, today I decide to change my bank because of these reasons.

Entered my pin, listed all my accounts and credit products for authentication purposes, gave two pieces of ID, was told they don’t match the system, was quizzed about my address and other personal information, was send an authentication code by text that I verbally confirmed, then the teller had to speak to a manager just to collect Euro that had been ordered online and had already paid for. Critical/Lateral thinking are severely lacking and wasting time for the clients. 25 minute long transaction.
There is a complete lack of common sense and service at this branch. I have been doing corporate deposits at this branch for years and never have I encountered such trouble with accomplishing simple banking tasks as recently. I’ve also noticed other clients having difficulty with the tellers. The manager won’t listen and rushes through very long winded explanations as to why she can’t help, and then refers clients to the customer service phone number. I actually saw this happen again while standing in line today. This is a classic example of the manager not in control and the tellers left to deal with irate client one after the other. I feel bad for them. Embarrassing.
