Horrendous service. 3 weeks and cant get a callback. Just passing the buck and blaming each other. Real amateurs. After the crisis will be closing all business with this group of clowns.
UpDate. Your reply was to an edit I made today from an unanswered review 6 months ago. Thankfully your service has improved dramatically since the hiring of a representative named Anwar. He's great but the fact remains that the bank's actions cost our business over 10k in one weekend after similar incidents had occurred that the bank promised to fix.

Just horrible. I agreed to have my property taxes paid through them and a year has passed and they still have not paid them on my behalf. My case has been passed through 3 employees as they continue to quit and no work ever gets done. Go ANYWHERE else, save yourself a lifetime headache

I got surprised to see that someone got the same bad experience with the same employee.
Mitchell Turk should really consider reorienting his career, customer services is definitely not for everyone.

Very sad when the whole good experience of customer service gets destroyed by only 1 employee. Today I got surprised by the way I have been treated by Mitchell Turk (conseiller financier).

You can see he doesn't like his job and that says a lot about how TD treats his employees.

Good for the amazing location and modern facilities.

I’ve been here for opening an account, as a foreign student, and I got a greatest service form Yijia! She gave me a lot of help. Plus, all the people here are polite and the epidemic prevention measures are well done.

Bad customer service
The lady in the front was screaming at me because I touched my mask with my hand. The guy on the front desk couldn't give general information about an account "what kind of document I need to change signing authority". He replied " I can not tell you anything about that" & have a good day" Really unprofessional. Never going back to this place again

Très mauvais service, nous avons attendu pour un rendez-vous. Et nous nous sommes fait donner 4 informations différentes pour la même opération. Nous avons fermé notre compte d'entreprise et individuel. Service tout simplement pitoyable. Allez ailleurs

Pire banque avec laquelle j'ai fait affaire. Faites vous plaisir et allez ailleurs, il y a plein d'autres institutions à quelques mètres.tu appel on te répond en englais on est au Québec.

Helpful, fast, knowledgeable, and very friendly.they also have a seating area with coffee, tea, and plug outlets if you’re waiting for an appointment.veronica and sevan were especially kind and helpful.

I have been waiting 30m for over the phone support. TD isn't helping me solving issues with their solution.

Superb service by Jackie Ou also from Saqib. I always feel welcome walking in to this branch. Thank you for wonderful experience.
