TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This bank needs to seriously train their staff in customer service. I have been a loyal customer ever since this location opened and recently the more I deal with this place, the worse the service is getting. Today I went in to deposit a simple check like i have been doing for the past 5 years every week to 2nd week, and the young lady behind the counter would not complete the full deposit, because she was not authorized to do so? Fine I understand however normally the other clerks would conduct a simple search in there system and have a supervisor or manager authorize the deposit. In this case today, I was told I will need to come back another day when someone was available? WHAT! - this clerk was also rude with sarcastic remarks like '' I should have known'' and gave me the cold shoulder and said there is nothing she could do. BRAVO to her for not only ruining my day but also wasting my time now because I have to go back to make the deposit - absolutely disappointed on how this situation was handled and am seriously considering filing a formal complaint to TD head office. If this is how they want to treat a loyal customer who has been at this branch since they opened well maybe I would recommend trying a different branch just down the road.

Again - Very Very disappointed

Plusieurs fois que les employés de la banque ne veulent pas aider. Ils disent qu'ils ne sont pas autorisés.mais tu vas ailleurs et c'est possible.je crois que le problème est là. Très déçus de TD à plusieurs reprise!
