TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Branch manager was very rude and sarcastic without even trying to solve my issue. Will never go there again and don't recommend anyone visiting this branch either. Take your time and drive elsewhere or else you might be greeted by an unpleasant woman that just wants to you look dead in the eye and laugh at your issue with her td branch. Disgusting.

Although all banks are cutting back on customer service with that in mind this branch has always been there for me.

I remember coming to this bank as a kid. The customer service is great as well as the candy that they give for free. I don't know if they give out candy now.

This branch offers no customer service. One star is to much. They refused to give me money order with funds available claiming i should go to where i came from (Ontario) to get one. They did not recognize my Ontario id as a valid one just because was not issued in Quebec. Teller tried to be nice but supervisor was out of this world rude.before arguing with me she just finished arguing with another person over minor things. I hate working with this kind of people. If you have personal problems keep it at home and don't be rude at your work place. After a lot of waisting time they finally identified me and finalized the transaction. I am taking in consideration to close my personal and business account with TD over this. I should be able to have access to my funds anywhere in Canada. BAD MANAGEMENT

Took an appointment. Very ponctual and smooth transactions. I went at around 2hpm and very fast service.felt like a VIP! Well done @ staff at TD
