TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Not sure whats going on but the last three visits to the atm they were down? Papers thrown all over the floors, the baseboard heater is dangling from the wall.

J'ai appelé avant de me rendre à la banque pour être certaine que ce que j'avais besoin (un chèque us) serait disponible. La jeune fille m'a fait attendre au téléphone pour se renseigner et pour me dire que tout était correct, de me présenter en succursale. 10 personnes en ligne, une caissière, bref, 30 minutes d'attente pour finalement me faire dire qu'on m'avait donné une mauvaise information au téléphone. Le gérant John pas plus capable de m'aider, extrêmement décevant comme service (je suis cliente depuis presque 30 ans et franchement, plus le temps passe, pire c'est!)

Le personnel n’a aucun respect. On m’a traité comme une moins que rien. Plus jamais je ne retournerai à cette succursale. La directrice et le cassier ont été tellement bête et autoritaire.
Allez plutôt à la succursale de Jean Talon et Langelier. On m’a traité avec le plus grand respect et professionnalisme.

Really bad service. I had an appointment. Waited for 20 minutes and the person never came. And this after making an appointment here since I couldn't get one at my branch on viau.

I’ve had mostly positive experiences at this bank. The tellers and investment specialists are super friendly although not all specialists give out good financial advice, so be careful. There are always very long wait times to see a teller and now this is mostly due to cutting costs and cutting down on staff. This is unwise because many customers have complex issues and with few tellers available, it becomes slightly frustrating to wait at times.

The level of service I got at this bank was extremely poor. First the agent that was assigned to my case mishandled my application then I got transferred to someone else that cant even access my file and no one can communicate efficiently as to what is happening. You have to chase them for answers or you'll never hear back. Honestly regret doing business with them, will never consider TD again. Avoid at all cost!

Thanks to Connie, I just had the worst customer experience ever. She is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. She also likes to interrupt people when they try to explain something. Take your businesses somewhere else. They can’t do a simple task such as finding your companies with your name or phone number.
