Sometimes, the atm doesn't work when i deposit 600$, and i wait in line

and when i waited and gave the money, they counted it badly

their count like 580, and there was another 20$ their didn't see

if i didn't warm them, i could lose it

Just horrible
The most unhelpful and unhappy people working for this branch
I will literally take a detour and drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the TD in St dorothe

Alot more helpful and I avoid the rude employees at the Notre-Dame location. These people shouldn't work in customer service or maybe get a refresher course on proper etiquette

There is power outage in Montreal today, so i have decided to withdraw in the ATM machine in Laval. The transaction was fine. I withdraw $1000 from my chequing account. It was deducted and it is shown in the receipt. I heard the machine counting the money. But it did not release the money. I waited but the machine screen displays temporarily
unavailable so i call the attention of the teller. But no one even check to see the machine. They ask me to wait and then someone spoke with me but she can't do anything but just file the atm dispute. I told them you are in the bank can't you check the machine or the camera, but she said they have no access to it. So she told me to call the ATM number for help, but again they cant do anything but just report it to ATM department through email. So i went hone without money. Even when you are already in the bank, they cant help you instantly. What an inconvenient process they have. Very frustating especially when you need the money badly and help is slow. I have to pay my apartment and do groceries, but left with nothing.
They should make sure machine is not broken. No one even go check. I just hope i will have my money back to my account as soon as possible. It is very bad experience.

J’ai pris une carte de credit avec TD aeroplan, mes points ont soudainement arrêté d’être compté durant 6 mois j’ai appeller la banque 3 fois et appeller aeroplan 8 fois en faisant ce qu’ils me demandaient (envoyer des courriels pour debloquer le compte) depuis juin 2022 que j’ai ce probleme et il n’a jamais été réglé. Je suis tres déçu et je vous déconseille fortement de prendre cette carte!

Just opened my chequing account with TD although it was only my first experience with them Constantina was awesome! And I'm at ease with the future. Will update this as time goes on with this Branch.
