Terrible branch, specially with the new management. I believe it cant get any worse. I recommend that TD reassess the management and their quality of work there.
I would definitely rate it at ZERO.

La FSMA a été informée du manque de respect inadmissible dans le cas d'un résiliation de compte a vue, aussi banale qu'usuel. Dommage, société à éviter, en tous cas dans le contexte international.ex.: Afin de clôturer un compte, ils vous obligent à vider le compte via un ATM, au lieu de réaliser un virement international usuel dans le monde entier! Crazy.perte de temps et couts inacceptables. Des excuses s'imposent.

I strongly recommend you don’t come to this branch because of racism.
It was 2015. My daughter used to be their client until an advisor, the first letter is C, transferred her $100,000 from GIC to mutual fund secretly. My daughter accused her as stolen and she insisted on it was my daughter asked her to do so. To our surprise, after we complained this experience to her boss, they said they did the investigation and it was my daughter asked her to do this transaction and then changed her mind, but actually, when C contacted my daughter, she was in her office and all of her colleagues heard that she did not agree to do this transaction; what my daughter said was she wanted to meet C by person and discussed about it.
I was really regret that we did not forward this case to human rights at that time. We just immigrated and did not know the regulation very well. An African friend explained to me that this is a kind of racism which happened normally: when a Caucasian tried to escape her responsibility of her behavior, and she found the client had the immigration background, she would try to blame on something like “miscommunication”, or “misunderstanding”, and the other Caucasians will trust her because they always think the immigrants have problems on language.

I'm always impressed entering that branch, starting whit the security garden @the entrance, all the tellers a super efficient well informed, curtious, patient.
A special shout out yo Josee who always above & behond. Notice also that she's the one that tellers go to for advice, She's always very attentive to them.there is a great atmosphere in that branch, which is pass on the their clients,
Always fell good coming out of that branch!

Very friendly and professional team however they are sadly not skilled at the logistics of having a TT received (one staff didn’t even know the meaning of that term).

I’m an American living in Canada for the last 5 years for work. I deposited a pretty sizable tax refund check from the US government and was not made aware of a 15 day hold. So I spent thinking this money was available to me due to it being direct from the US Treasury. My debit card was rejected even though my balance showed the funds. In sheer panic as my US bills were due in 2 days, I spoke to customer service on the phone who told me to go back to my branch to plea for the release and I have to say that Josie and Yurun really heard me out, understood and cared about my situation and helped me resolve it. They’re a bank so it’s not always pretty, but you could tell they felt terrible I wasn’t informed properly and took steps to help me. Seeing some of the comments I guess it depends on who you work with, but Josie, I know, was on the phone for over an hour looking into my issue and was so very professional and caring. Thanks so much you all for your help!

Just Awful! I am a very proud TD canada customer and in all these years being a customer with TD I never ever had a problem because if anything happens you always find someone who resolves it ASAP. Except at this branch, I just couldn't believe my eyes when someone with a few coins is turned away because apparently td only accepts coins wrapped. (where is the customer service I know of td someone helps right away and lets you know how to prepare for next time)
Then my problem I didn't really have a problem having cheques released at other td branches instead they are very happy to help again Except at this branch just trash, they don't even attempt to help only turn you away and not even wish you goodluck, Shame on you!

I deposited a sizable cheque this monday, I told them to put in my TFSA account, and the amount would be on hold for about 5 days, sure no problem. I see today on my account (thank god I look at my account regularly) that my chequing account was on hold. Wth? I called TD head office, they told me that the branch actually made the mistake of freezing my cheque account and not the cheque that I deposited. Now I have 2 insurance payments and one car payment that didn't pass because of this.thanks so much.

Excellent customer service! Not sure what's with all the negative feedback in here.but each time I went there.people are so welcoming and smiling. One time, this lady proposed to me a "credit card" application option. I was like " what? " She said, " You are entitled to a credit card if you wish Sir. And you guys know what, I had a bad credit for at least 10 years.so I never thought I'd be able to get a credit card again. I was really happy and I accepted. The good news is, I used my credit card carefully now. I always pay in time, and my credit is now getting better. Td Canada Trust is the best bank above all if you ask me:)

What a joke branch. I went in to ask to complete a simple task. The young Asian lady at the front desk served me and she did everything to make it complicated and impossible. Basically she could not (though it was more like she did not WANT to) complete the task I asked for, I knew she'd never cave so I left. I walked a bit further to another TD branch (the one on Robert-Bourrassa), the guy there was able to help me and finish it in 5 minutes.

I told them I was investing in bitcoin and they literally laughed at me. You guys mark my words, your caveman money won't be valued much longer.
