I've been with TD for 10 years now and had no problems. My Branch is especially brilliant! They are kind, inviting and welcoming. They go out of their way to help you. It's a nice atmosphere when you walk in.

Great bank, Great customer service I was with them a long time ago and I never had a problem compared to another bank.

We want to thank Zaid & Emily or Emilie, for their professionalism, they were attentive from A to Z, and even took time to entertain my son. TD should feel lucky to have them, I recommend both of them if ever you guys are looking to have professional experience.

I suffer from a chronic illness - am housebound and bed bound - and sent my caregiver to pick up cash to pay my painter. Unfortunatel I gave her the wrong password and the card was refused. I got in touch with Td, was identified by voice machine AND text on cell phone (a cluent for 30 years!). My caregiver is a TD customer as well.after 45 mins.of identifying me and speaking to 3 different supervisors and branch manager I was told they could not "guarantee" that the money would safely arrive at my house. No matter how much I pleaded with them my caregiver returned to my residence ectremely humiliated.
They have cameras, they could ID my caregiver, had my voice AND phone text message.
But of course NOBODY KNOWS YOU AT TD in 30 years!
I now have to wait for a day when I am strong enough to visit the branch in my wheelchair to reactivate my card.
HOW INHUMAN.

In Austria, in my hometown, I called my bank and told them I needed cash, but could not go there in person because I was severly ill.
AN EMPLOYEE BROUGHT ME THE MONEY.and of course they new me.
PLEASE TD figure out a way to make exceptions when you have 2x proof that the person on the phone is the actual account holder AND the representative is YOUR CUSTOMER, which of course you do not care to know.
