I recently went in for a larger sum of cash. I immediately felt uncomfortable as the teller was speaking loud and reading a waiver with the amount aloud so other customers could hear.

The teller used the cash counting machine to count the cash infront of me but I didn’t realize she gave me much more than I had asked for.

I took the envelope of cash home without re-counting. The next morning I receive a call mentioning that they over paid me and I would have to return the extra funds, which I completely agree with, understanding that mistakes happen on both parts.

What I have an issue with is that the employee called me without offering options as to how and when I can return the funds. She only mentioned the option of going to the branch and retuning the cash in person today… I had to ask if I could go in over the weekend or if they could deduct the amount from my account without me going in.

While at work, trying to make arrangements to return the cash in person before 6: 00pm, I received a text message saying there is a hold on my account. They did not inform me that they would be doing this.

This situation could have been handled in a much more professional manner. Explain the process and options to your customers.

Worst customer service, the girls working there have serious attitude problem, they own the place, made me feel helpless no help at all

They see big lineups and 1 teller is open while the others pretend your not there. Everytime I go. I never have this experience at other branches only this one.
