TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

My experience with TD BANK branch place commerce has been nothing short of frustrating. From an approved credit card application in October to a complete lack of communication and closure without notice, this has been the worst service I've encountered from any bank.

Je vais à cette succursale depuis plusieurs années parce qu’elle est la plus proche et je ne suis jamais déçue du service que je reçois. Tous les employés sont aimables et aidants. Ils sont à l’écoute de mes besoins financiers et me propose des plans personnalisés. Lorsque je dois envoyer des fonds à l’étranger (ce qui arrive souvent), je n’ai jamais eu de difficultés et c’est assez rapide. Je recommande cette succursale.

I wasn't offered a coffee as someone is saying in reviews! I wasn't even offered a greeting smile! I went to deposit a DRAFT.not a cheque. CSR wanted to put hold for 5 business days. When I asked why? How come? She escalated my question to Manager (Sabrina). Sabrina didn't even care to move from her desk and make any explanation or offer options. CSR acted in very rude disgusting way and said: Manager is aware of the situation and can't talk to you because she is busy entering data! As a punishment for me because I asked why you are putting hold 5 days on a bank draft, CSR decided to put hold for 8 business days. Too bad TD bank offers this kind of sick mentality way of treating clients.
