Unsatisfying service from Amanda the supervisor at the Chabanel branch. Been a business customer for 5 years and absolutely no service at all for small businesses. Never had a communication from them. I don't recommend working with them as they will not try to help you what so ever.

I used to be with desjardin and never got to be approved for a car loan even if i had a job with 19$/ hour salary. After getting services with td bank they made sure that all my needs and question were covered. They are very proffessional and good to rectify any problem or misunderstanding. You can always rely to escalate your complain to the complaint line of the branch or call the OMBUDSMAN. This branch of TD makes sure you have the right services and are very inclined to the clients need. The agents makes sure to verifye the information given even if they have to validate with other staff member. This is amazing to see that protocoles are still WELL followed. Good job TD team!

Health professionals: AVOID! Got offered a student line of credit at beginning of studies that will transfer into a professional line of credit after graduation. Once graduated, account got frozen without any notice. No one was able to do anything about it, their answer with upper management: "you should go see another bank like National, BMO or RBC. "
The representative Rosa Crispo shouldn't have lied in the first place, and manager Aldo Silva didn't care at all either about their own mistake afterwards, offering ZERO help and telling you to go look elsewhere. Unprofessional, unethical and liars.

30mn waiting on the phone and still.with Desjardin I got my answer and I open my saving account with them. I'm td customer since 2014 and it is the first time I need to talk to them. Very disappointed

Your average Bank. It's very good and clean. All the staffs are great and cooperative and if I had a problem they would try to help me as soon as possible. Some people had some bad staff because they were unlucky, but the majority of the staffs are incredible!

To deposit money employees are incompetant with technologies and no need to do a line up if ur turn gets past without consideration or respect. Young women staff thinks they can just turn people or give bad service and that without no reprecussion to the branch. Employees are very bad with client services and don't know how to treat the costumers.

Ils ont fermé la moitié de leurs succursale pour sauver du fric alors les temps d'attente sont beaucoup trop long.

As always, excekkent service even with the present social distancing. Employees at reception did a super job.

Probably the best bank around. Their service level is excellent. Anthony is awesome as well as other staff. Rosa Crispo is super fantastic as well. The guys working here are professionals!

Very unsatisfied with Tania Sossoyan's customer service. A branch manager should have a bit more dignity than laughing at their own customers in front of business clients, blindly arguing of something clearly wrong. Should consider working at border patrol with such manners rather than helping clients at a bank.

I've been to a few TD's around Montreal and so far this is my favourite. Every visit the staff is very lively, friendly, quick and efficient. Whenever the line up gets too long, I appreciate that someone will step in and help with the lineup. It is very spacious and there's a cute small table available for customers for coffee or tea.

There's also an underground parking which is perfect. You can just ask the teller and they'll give you a ticket so you don't have to pay!

Best TD branch I’ve been to! I actually work for a competing financial institution but decided to keep some accounts with TD because I didn’t want to stop going here. Great staff. They give you really good advice and you can be confident that you’re in great hands every time.

Omg, all cases are opened, 8 comfortable chairs and free coffee for customers. They probably have a good manager. Staff are good and competent. A+, best branch in Montréal.

Great service and rates! One thing though: I pushed on the handicap button door and it didn't work. This was during the evening. If this only works during a certain time, I think people should be advised at least.
