TD branch is a scam.you can transfer money in, but cannot get your money out. The branch manager is completely useless and is not interested in resolving the issue. TD should be ashamed of itself for taking money from customers, and then not wanting to return or transfer it.

Unqualified people having access to your bank account and taking the wrong decisions for you. Wanna lose 36 points off your credit score? They'll gladly mess it up for you!
Need help that they can't assist you with?
You'll most likely hear "Wait a month untill our system refreshes your account and everything will be good. " (Yes, I talked to more than one incompetent employee)

Very disappointed with this branch and its service. I tried getting something done, was diligent in sending my documents.no follow up, filed a complaint, still no answer or acknowledgement. Heard great things about TD I guess depends on which branch you go to. I was planning of consolidating all my accounts with them. After this experience, not a chance.
Stick to the online banks and save your fees.
They won't be getting my mortgage come renewal time.

The TD Bank is a great place to Bank because it has a lot of great Tellers and also a Drive threw on the side of the Bank. Plus it's a bigger Bank to help more Customers.

Nice staff, very friendly and helpful.
The environment is clean and there was coffee machine to get a coffee which I haven’t seen this in other branches.
Overall, i liked this branch.

Huge line the other day even with five tellers on duty. Never again. Went to another TD Canada Trust equally near to my house and got served almost immediately. Plus the young man screening the customers was a lot nicer, more hardworking and efficient than the one at this Sources branch.
Waste my time, I never go back. Time is money, a bank should know that.

One of the newest locations in the west island. This location has a drive-thru ATM, as well as a large waiting room with coffee and a reception desk. The service can be slow at times, but the employees are mostly friendly and efficient.

What a terrible service I experienced. I asked them a simple thing to do is to open an Euro account. It passed a month and an account wasn’t opened yet. Staff are not helpful, promise that someone will call me and no one calls me back. POOR POOR POOR service. I would suggest to work internally on customer service and professionalism. A part time worker, a student most likely, screwed up and now I have to go to the bank again to see another employee, to start over. Terrible

One of the worst TD branches. Had to withdraw cash which was more than what the atm allows. It took them six days to organize the order.

The only thing good about this particular branch is the Branch Manager and the NEW staff still happy to help. Beware of "experienced staff" with poor attitude and no patience. Also, understaffed.

I had an appointment with this banker named Preeti Kainth. Unfortunately, I have been served with a lack of profesionnalism that dissapointed me a lot. I had no answer to my emails, a lot of difficulty to reach her by the phone and also she was missing seriousness and talking with a disrespectful way. Rather than boosting her ego over her real potential and giving her unmotivated service to the customers, she should take the steps to change her career so she doesn't ruin the banks reputation.

The receptionist is horrible, starred at me for 10 seconds. No hi, No how can I help you, nothing. The staff is amazing but she definitely gave a bad impression.

I've recently decided to switch to TD from Desjardins. When it comes to customer service, I've always thought banks aren't as good as a credit unions. I switched a month ago and went to this branch this week because my employer wrongly deposited my pay in my old account which was closed. The payment was rejected and they issued a cheque. I didn't want the cheque to be held for several days. Showed the pay stub. My employer is one of the 100 biggest companies in the world. I had printed the email thread showing the proof of the payment reject and cheque issuance. The bank manager came to me and told me there was nothing they could do as my no hold limit was $200, because I was a new customer, they would hold anything over $200 for 5 business days. I'm a Field Sales Rep, I was wearing a suit, had my employee identity card with me. He wouldn't budge. He told me I was treated as everybody else and then told me he would do me a favor to leave me $200, because they could hold it all. I responded that the $200 was the limit on my account, that I was going to get that no matter what even if I deposited at the ATM. At the end, he wasn't doing me a favor. I told him to give me back my cheque, went to a Desjardins branch I had never been to, opened an account after explaining the story. They gave me a no-hold of $2,000 without questions and even made the total $2,100 available to me right away, less $5 for the member buy-in. Moral of the story: banks treat you as numbers, no matter what your story is.there might be downsides to credit unions, but a huge upside is you are being treated as a human and they are capable of understanding things a computer can't. I found the branch manager ridiculous, he could've tried at least to remove the hold on a little more, but no. He basically didn't have the authority to do so.
