TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I spoke with Grace about opening an investing account and she was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process!

3rd time in a month that they open late, no reason or apologies given. Very frustrating for getting change for my restaurant.

I have literally never encountered a worst service at a bank in my life, even when there's more than one teller available I guarantee the second is always too busy to help you. My first time coming here the security guard told me "stop looking around and face the front" excuse me sir for mistaking your prison camp for a public location supposedly here to provide customer service

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH! I don’t know how some of the financial advisors in this bank have a job. One in particular is a liar, extremely lazy and clearly lacks competency and professionalism. I don't even know if the branch manager is passable. It's scary knowing these people have access to our money. The tellers are ok. This used to be a great branch, but the quality has gone severely down in the last 3 years or so. Unless you are loyal to the location - avoid it! TD has quality staff elsewhere.

I went to deposit a check there, and received very poor service. They said the check would be held for 5 days, even after explaining I cashed check with this company for 10 months. A very Cold manager told me she will not release even a small amount that needed for groceries. WHAT A SHAME!

I had an incredible experience during my visit at TD bank on Sherbrooke street.
Throughout my whole time there, David, who helped me open numerous accounts, took his time to answer all of my questions by ensuring that properly understood all of his explanations. From start to finish, I received exceptional customer service and I without a doubt recommend him to everyone!

WOW! The service has really changed at this branch. I started coming in more often because the people are all so friendly and knowledgable. I had a great experience with one of the associates David, who really gave me a legendary experience. Would definitely recommend!

For the past two years total useless personnel not helpful even if you deposit Money order From Bank off Montreal They want to hold for five days or personal check for 15 days
You got much better service in the Green Avenue branch it is worth it to go for a few more minutes To a place where will you will be served properly avoid this branch you only will get aggravated

The most unprofessional branch manager! Avoid this place! They are rude! There are so many one star reviews, it’s terrible! They really need to close down this branch! It’s a waste of retail estate and payroll for TD bank! Disgusting service!

Unfortunately I have to complain about Grace Lebherz as well. She completely wasted my time trying to do something that turned out to be against TD's policies. I called other banks and they have different rules, so they can help me, but TD never could have done what I needed. I took a day off of work and my friend who is a busy physician with kids, went in with me. Now my credit score has been dinged for no reason, I feel so bad for wasting my friend's scarce personal time, and if Grace had been educated about TD's policies it could all have been avoided. Also, we went to RBC the same day as our appointment with Grace and were treated with much more respect and warmth by the people there. I would warn new customers away from TD; I'm going to Scotiabank in the end because they're not going to discriminate against me because I want to open a borrowing product with someone who isn't a blood relative, or my spouse.
