I recently visited the bank to open an account, and I must commend the excellent service I received from Mr. Sacha. It felt nothing like the usual bank visit; the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The time flew by, and I hardly noticed how long I was there. Mr. Sacha was not only professional but also extremely friendly and polite. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service and am impressed with the caliber of professionals they have on their team.

I am been with TD Kirkland for 10 years after a bad experience with Royal bank. When I got there I was treated like special until now. I had fraud 11,000 on my card and flag it right away. They still let it go trough and it took more than a month to fix it. First they didn’t block it, then they sent me an email that it was fixed and again another email till I passed more than 6 hours on the phone and going twice to the bank. Last excuse they credited my canceled card. I also went twice to put RRSPS and wasn’t sure how much limit I had. Last time I went well I was told not to lock my money cause I could decide to change bank? I was very disturb of what I was told and tried to call a manager so I did and nobody return my call. I guess they really don’t want my business. I am writing this because first to let go 11,000 without advising me was there mistake. I had 2 other cards that day and none accepted before telling me. I guess I will look into putting my money somewhere else

I don't want to hypocritical, but the teller ask me questions and she didn’t listen, so I am telling her again and with my phone provided for easier typing, she interrupted my response with a cold face and push my phone back to me ‍️? ! Just can not say it’s a good experience.

I went in to the branch to remove my phone code from my account, which apparently can only be done in person with an ID card. I spoke to someone who seemed to try to figure it out and then told me her manager could do it a little later. I told her I would wait and asked how long it would be. She went to check with the manager and said it might only be done the next morning as they were close to closing time but that she would make sure it was done. I insisted that they do it while I was there but she said she couldn’t. She assured me up and down that it would be done. Now, here I am being told the next time I try to call TD that they cannot help me because the phone code wasn’t removed and that I’ll have to goback to the branch. This is infuriating.

I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Jesse de Peralta of TD Canada Trust. He was very helpful in setting up an estate account for me and continues to provide help whenever I have any questions. T. D. Bank Kirkland is a decent and helpful branch. The staff there are somewhat nice depending on the circumstances.

Sometimes they will ask you for this and upgrades and a lot of other deals to get you upgraded and it depends to you on what you want.

The building looks cleaned and maintained nicely but nice at average. Some services are slow depending on the day. They should upgrade the building and have better wifi access as well.

So this branch is decent for me of course like all others. An Indifferent.

Always have super service from Sylvie and her team. Helpful and professional. If you enter an establishment looking for a fight you will probably get one. Come in with a smile and you get the best of who you deal with.

I have always used the Td bank and this branch exclusively for the past 16 years. I have always received courteous service and usually did not have to wait long if I went to a teller. And to avoid waiting long, I never go when it is a busy time for this branch.

Terrible customer service. Never returned phone calls nor emails. I am not sure what is going on there. I would give less than one star if I could.

Never had any problems in the past ten years with this branch, be nice to them and they will be nice to you. They're in customer service after all!

My first experience of Canadian banks, and all I can say is that this place and the staff are much better than in the uk. Friendly and super helpful especially to one not familiar with the Canadian ways.

Had the most pleasant experience at this TD branch! If you ever need to make an appointment, schedule one with Kyle. He delivered the best customer service I have ever experienced. Beyond friendly! He was really helpful/knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

Had an AMAZING experience at this branch! Nimra is very professional and mad cute! I went to the branch a couple weeks ago and she helped me with the new mobile system and as I was waiting in line, she was very polite and held the door for EVERY client entering or exiting the branch. Never seen such an amazing costumer service. She is always so pleasant to be dealt with. Would highly recommend!

Our TD advisor is Christopher and he has been very helpful with our mortgage. As a first time home buyer, we needed the help and to understand how things are and what to expect. So far, this branch and our TD advisor are doing a good job to help us when we need them. Hopefully, they’ll be consistent. Thanks!

Update 17 June 2020: very rude horsey little tripe outside the door today handling customer traffic. Unnecessarily abrasive and confusing. Also crowded close to me, violating social distancing. Unprofessionally dressed.

At this branch yesterday, there was a very nice and pleasant young man handling the socially-distanced flow of customers into this TD Canada Trust branch. His very pleasant, polite, efficient and helpful manner made the whole Covid-19 process a fun, efficient way to visit the branch with a lot of personal attention given to customers. I was in to do my bank business and back out rather quickly. So much better than other bank branches I have visited.
Whoever hired this young man knew what they were doing!

I have been with this TD Bank branch for many years and have ALWAYS experienced unpleasant situations and problems with the rude staff, especially the previous manager. I plan on closing all accounts and transfer to a different bank.

I usually never leave bad reviews but the teller gave me so much attitude it's incredible. He also ignored me and just looked straight at me when I said hi and goodbye.

I share a business with my father in Ontario. He had emergency surgery done. So I was solely responsible for the account. Ontario does things different than Quebec in terms of proof of ownership for the banks. I went to withdraw money. They claimed I couldn’t and the French woman manager froze my card and made it impossible to bank even at atms. I had to drive an extra hour everyday to Ontario to insure my business stayed open. My poor dad had to go to TD Gouin in weak condition. To fix this issue.

It was a stressful 3 months. She never notified me she did this. Or even contacted the other name in the account. I don’t like this bank and avoids it like the plague.

Very weak management.luck of Communication specially with sylvie miserany directeur, Experience client.she does not have any clue or experience she’s really giving bad image to TD trust should shouldn’t be working for you guys.she’s kind of person if you see her you ask yourself how come she’s get hired! The job description doesn’t apply to her she should be working for warehouse she shouldn’t be dealing with the public and customer service ‏she far away from client understanding.she need training more courses about how to deal with the customer service I cannot believe this is happening in Canada! Unfriendly she have no respect for the customer she don’t listen to the customers she do whatever she wants in her mind The reason she’s there ‏ too serve the customer or the client! Had an appointment and when I arrived I was greeted right away and appointment was right on time. I needed to transfer accounts from another bank and everything was handled and delivered as promised

Deposited a 2586$ check at 19h45, oct 4 2019.
The clerk was not only incompetent as he could not find my account but he was also borderline rude. Finally it took him 10 min to do the deposit with an angry face. Very unlike any other TD experience I've had.

Worst branch! Tellers are extremely rude and condescending George in particular. Mangers of customer service as well. Avoid at all costs.

They do as they wish withdrew money from your account and then you have to fight.unprofessional bank.this is second bad experience I have with this branch.
