Espace guichet, mal propre odeur d'urine, ameublement en parti brûler, parfois individu qui dors par terre ou personne étrange qui flâne a l'extérieur pas très sécurisant maintenant j'évite d'aller dans cette succursale je fais un détour pour aller a la succursale Jean talon et langelier

Temps d'attente très lent.personnel peu compétent. Me donne mot de passe erroné et ne fonctionne pas.puis me recommande d'appeller le service en ligne qui est 1000 fois pire.perte de temps phénoménal.le mauvais service que j'ai jamais eu. à éviter

Shocking how this bank does so little to protect the privacy of your accounts. Went to this branch today because unfortunately my debit card was stolen and I needed to replace my card. The teller asked for my phone number and unfortunately I made the mistake of giving him my husband’s phone number instead of my own (my mistake I know, had a slight brain malfunction) BUT without asking my NAME or for my ID he canceled my husbands debit card all before I could tell him the correct number. Then when I finally gave him my phone number he still didn’t confirm my name or my ID. It is disconcerting to know that absolutely anyone could walk into the bank with someone’s phone number and be able to gain access over their account without any trouble. No other bank that I have been to would be this careless with their customers accounts. Unacceptable.

Do not go there. This is the worst branch ever. I had bad experience with them, they don't even know their job.giving them one star is too generous they worth less than that.

Service au telephone peut pas etre pire, 1H pour changer de numero de telephone on peut meme pas le faire en ligne c du gros niaisage sale!

Employés peu motivés, non professionnels et peu compétents lors de mon unique visite à cette succursale: la personne qui m’a servi n’a fait aucun effort pour effectuer des transactions simples. Elle travaillait ouvertement sur son CV en discutant avec son collègue pendant que j’attends. Son collègue discutait avec elle en mangeant des Chips au guichet. J’avais l’impression d’être dans une série B. Je n’ai jamais vu un service au guichet aussi peu professionnel dans aucune banque. Heureusement je n’était pas pressée. J’ai trouvé ça pratiquement comique!

Meme n étant pas un membre de la banque, les employés mon assister avec mon problème et mon doner un siperbe service. Merci beaucoup!

Supper dissapointing. Made an appointment because the on-line morgage service said i would have to. I get to my appointment at 4: 30 right on time. I end up waiting and while waiting i see the person i have an appointment with place 2 new calls and complete other unrelated work while i wait. After a while i knock on her door to say hi im your 4: 30. She says it will only be a min a collegue of hers then walks in and they start chatting. At the end of all this she says it is not possible to ad a second name to my morgage. What a monumental waste of time.
