TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had very Terrible experience, I went more than 5 times to the branch to do the same procedure and I don't have a solution yet.until now and the staff are so disrespectful.

Honestly total disappointment, opening a RESP account became a nightmare, they made a mistake, then I couldn't close the account, I couldn't open another.honestly what a disappointment.

One of the worst td branches out there.
Terrible service, extremely rude and disrespectful staff.
Will make you waste your time by going back and forth without any concern that about theirs client's time or well being.
The manager is completely rude.
I suggest you avoid this branch if possible.
This branch does not understand TDs core values of customer relations.

Lady on the counter is not helpful and seems like she does not want to do her job. I'd give 0 stars if i could

I got a txt message from td alert to reactivate my debit card. Instead of calling them, I went to td branch in Henri Bourassa branch and told the lady on the counter to activate my card. However, she informed us that td never sends email and txt messages, and that it was fraud. When I called the td specialist, they confirmed that td alert was them and my account was fine. The lady does not seem to be aware nor knowledgable in her Job.

And the lady does not seem to be wanting to help.

Another horrible branch with horrible manager. Prior to going to branch, we spoke with the customer service representative over the phone and we explained the error. They asked us to visit a nearby branch and made a note of the issue and branch. The branch manager didn’t want to look at notes nor listen to us to resolve the error. I guess she is not aware TD Bank customer service and she work for the same company. She literally walked away while we were providing more details.

On top of horrible service while existing the branch our 2 years old baby tripped and fell because of the sticky dirty carpet.

Personel au comptoir très incompétent, un monsieur été avant moi et ils n'ont pas pu résoudre son problème ni le guider a faire les bonnes démarches, le monsieur frustré a décidé de fermer ces comptes chez TD puisque le personnel n'est pas serviable ni compétent. A mon tour la machine pour mettre la carte ne fonctionnait pas et la madame voulait me faire attendre jusqu'à quelle puisse restaurer la machine, je dit laisse moi passer avec l'autre madame qui été déjà libre et elle refusait de me faire passer, elle voulait que je reste là et elle s'obstinait avec sa machine défectueuse, j'ai dit non je suis pressée et je veux passer avec l'autre dame. Finalement je passe avec l'autre caissière et elle n'a pas été capable de me donner de l'argent comptant en monnaie de 1$, ça lui a pris beaucoup du temps a résoudre un simple retrait. Bon, je suis déçu du personnel il y a trois dames au comptoir et aucun d'elles est à leur affaire.

Toujours un service personnalisé, professionnel et très efficace avec la conseillère Madison Paquet! Facile d'accès, stationnement facile. J'adore cette succursale

La plupart du temps les nouvelles caissières ne savent pas traiter les transactions commerciales. Mardi soir la nouvelle directrice, c'est qu'elle m'a dite. Ne voulais pas recevoir mes cheques pour payer mes comptes.

Very worst in timing. They gave the appointment at 2 pm but the call me 3 pm even I booked the appointment with them before. So useless book the appointment and be careful if you have only small time is free!

C'est la succursale TD avec le service le plus médiocre que j'ai rencontré. Je vous la déconseille fortement.
