TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

They booked a telephone appointment for me with David Studenberg, it had been a 2 weeks wait time to get this appointment, and 2 days before the scheduled telephone appointment, they sent me an email notification saying that my appointment is canceled. Very shocked with the unprofessional service.

Wonderful service as always! The lovely lady noticed I didn't put my account back to unlimited when I started back to work so I was being charged for all my transactions.she fixed that and changed my account! I'm super impressed I likely wouldn't of even noticed! Thank you guys!

This TD branch's staff is so particularly friendly and efficient, that I can easily compare it to the old TV Show named "CHEERS". On the upside, it makes us feel welcomed to ask financial questions, like investments, tax free accounts, or mortgages, that we probably wouldn't bother with in another colder atmosphere type Bank. On the downside, this sometimes make waiting times a little longer in Peek hours.
Their youth also is a refreshing option to thinking out of the box, but rest assured that the Back Bone of this Branch is solidly supported by 3, more mature and incredibly knowledgeable geniuses that keep an Eagle's eye over their young prodigies.
I highly recommend everybody to make a visit and see for yourself that Banking at this TD branch is a refreshing way to take the grim out of your busy day and walk into a place where " Everybody knows your name". Sincerely, Susan.
