TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Really long waits to see a teller. No consideration for people’s time whatsoever. How is it possible that nobody acknowledged me for a good 5 minutes when I was the only person waiting in line? Also, during my most recent visit, the young lady who served me at the counter was very unlikeable. She didn’t tell me to insert my debit card; she expected me to guess (we have mouths for a reason: to talk). She did not respond to me when I said “have a good day” (in reality, she should be the one saying this, NOT the customer). Thankfully, there is another TD branch closer to my house that offers better service.

Je leur demande de faire un paiement dans un compte, ils me disent le compte n’existe pas. Je part dans une place, dès le premier essaie ils trouvent le compte. PERTE DE TEMPS.

Garbage branch, avoid. Customer service inexistant, complete disregard to clients. Avoid at all cost. Just go to ANY other branch.

Pardonnez-moi cette banque est un centre formation chaque client ils (les caissièrs) demandent de l'aide très long

Cette banque est l’une des plus mauvaises succursales de la TD. Ils ont du monde très incompétent et des gestionnaires qui ne font pas bien leur travail. Je ne vous recommande de faire affaire avec cette succursale.

Why is calling and speaking to a rep the most complicated thing ever. Does nobody pick up the phones? !? Terrible branch in person and out

Service lent, longue file d attente et espace guichet plutôt sale à ma dernière visite. J aime pas vraiment cette succursale. Stationnement à l arrière.

Les employés sont vraiment pas compétant, donnent pas les bonnes informations, le service à la clientèle terrible, faut pas avoir confiance en ce qu'ils disent! C'est décourageant!

Want me to come into the branch because you randomly locked my account! Also I deposit a large check from emploi Quebec and you hold it! It’s not your money to hold! Crooks

J'ai dû aller là l'an passée, car ma succursale était fermée au début de la pandémie. En plus d'attendre longuement dehors, je n'ai pas été satisfait du service reçu sur place.

Sincèrement, je suis très déçu de l'expérience et j'espère ne plus avoir à retourner là.

My broker from RE/MAX (Mark Nudo) sent me here because my other bank was never calling me to get my mortgage because I was selling my house and buying a new one. I dealt with Mr. Roberto for my mortgage and he got me approved in 2 days. I dont believe it at first but WOW! And my rate was better then before. Very friendly branch and mortgage team

A lot of new people whom aren’t correctly trained. The teller do not know tricks or common sense how to verify old billS (1 generation before). And need to confirm if bank will still accept them.

Ask for ID when deposit large amount which is fine but when asked why they need my ID, I git answer of “sorry, I cannot say”. If you need someone’s ID, you’re obligated to inform them the use at the least.

Long line all the time and never open on time. And all teller take break time all together for some reason during peak hour of the day.

There was line up but it was moving fast.
It is a clean branch and the staff were nice and helped to get things done.

Le service client est un des pires que j’ai expérimenté avec le secteur bancaires.
20 min pour répondre a une question simple.transféré 2 fois, remis 3 fois en file d’attente téléphonique.
Ne recommande clairement pas cette compagnie.même tableau pour obtenir une sommaire des paiements hypothécaires, une pile de papiers remis au comptoir clientèle sans aucune mise en forme. J’ai du calculer tous les totaux à la main.

Nous avons eu un très mauvais service de la part de la conseillère. Il est bien vrai que mon associé est arrivé avec un retard de 5min. Lors de la prise de rendez-vous ils ne nous disent pas que pour ouvrir un compte ça prend plus de 30 min et deuxièmement la conseillère se met un rendez-vous à 18h00 alors que le notre était à 17h30. La conseillère a passé tout le long de la rencontre à nous dire de prendre un autre rendez-vous pour finalement nous dire après 25 min que ça ne sera pas possible. Durant ce rendez-vous nous n’avons senti aucune empathie et aucune prise en compte de nos besoins. Sérieux manque de respect pour nous qui sommes venu de loin. Déçu de la banque #TD

Never had such unprofessional disgusting attitude towards me rude cashier just left without saying a word because I was depositing a large cheque and came back with nastiness I think I’ll close my account

J'ai pris un rdv depuis 2 semaines avec une employée responsable du REEE aujourd'hui à 11h00, quelqu'un (une autre employée) m'appele pour annuler le rdv sans raison à 10h29. Wow quel service! Je ne recommande pas cette banque que j'ai hâte de changer

Good service, but high turnover of personnel. I always make an appointment when I have a few questions so I don't have to wait, otherwise when I ask most cashiers they ask a superior if they don't know the answer. At least I know they care enough to get the right info. Parking is great and service may be slow during busy hours but being open on Sunday is a great service to clients but a burden on the employees.

I lost my bank card and visited the branch to cancel my card. The gentleman at the cash was professional and reassuring. A new card was issued in minutes. Appreciate the service and open on a Sunday

Rarement à l'heure dans les rendez-vous donnés. On ne se demande pas pourquoi ils perdent leurs employés (manque de stabilité du côté des conseillers financiers, ils changent toujours!)

When you walk into a bank, you would like to be treated with some class and respect for giving your business to them, maybe a nice welcome with a smile.at this branch you're only a # and regardless of the amount of business you give them, you can’t even get normal customer service.extremely disappointed, I Did not come across the name but I believe it was the manager of the tellers.awful arrogant look.not welcoming at all. I went for one simple paper and was investigated as if I committed a crime.truly regret having a mortgage with this company.and I hope this is a warning for those who even attempt to go to this branch!
