I have seen a large change the past few months, smooth, quick and very helpful.

Love this branch.the whole staff are great! So friendly and warm! Even my 2 granddaughters 3 and 4 years old love coming with me to do my banking

I have been a client there since I do not remember;and I have a very good memory. No complaints here and as a matter of fact much applause to them as they supported me administratively during a difficult time in my life.

There very friendly Profesional.even more in these trying times.great staff. I felt I had to say the truth.

Covid 19 has rendered any semblance of normality moot, 3 people working inside, >6 at least what I saw standing around, drove across the city because my branch in VSL is a disaster, now this. Covid 19 malaise and incompetence has spread to this branch. It seems that no one wants to work, why should they the CERB pays for everyone to sit home and collect.
What’s going to happen when all these CERBcationers come back to work and most of their companies, employers say naugh naugh naugh naugh.since they trained sheep to wait like nobodies outside for an hour to carry out 5 minutes of banking.

This branch is completely ridiculous. I won't be going back there for sure.stopped by to deposit a business cheque from a regular supplier and they decided to freeze it while all the other branches don't.plus the newbie cashier did not know what he was saying and stuttered like crazy
