Eric and his team was very informative in assisting me with my 2750 timing, feed dog height and needle to hook adjustments. They were patient and very knowledgeable in this process. Thanks to tech support I’m back working my machine.

I’ve only had the machine for a few days but any questions I’ve had so far, techsew has been there for me.

I absolutely love all the Techsew machines we have purchased. They are top notch professional machines and perform exceptionally well. We’ve had our 2750 Pro sewing machine for 4 years and our Skiver for 2 and they still perform like they are new. Also their service, if you ever need help with your machines, is friendly, fast, and thorough! Shout out to Eric for all you help! Can’t wait to get a post bed machine next!

I have had my Techsew 4800 Pro synch 2021 and absolutely love it. Had my first problem and their Tech crew were amazing and helped me fix the problem in a short period of time. Would definitely recommend them

Last year I bought my second walking foot sewing machine from Techsew because the machines are great and the customer service is, in my experience, even better.

The machines are very high quality. I own a TecSew 2750 Pro as well as an SK4 Bel Skiver. Customer service has been wonderful to include technician assistance to trouble shoot any questions/issues that have come up. I highly recommend TecSew.

I have had my Techsew 4800 Pro about 6 weeks. I have to say I love both the machine and the customer service!
I was sewing along the other day and ran out of bobbin thread, not realizing it was low. This caused a serious thread jam. I tried following the video (I do refer to their videos often), but I was still struggling. I called Customer Support and received a quick response. We ended up doing a series of short video calls.
Rafael was so helpful and not only got me out of my jam, but also taught me a bit about the operation of the machine.
I had also had some shipping issues when I first ordered the machine and was in constant contact with Joan who made an unpleasant experience bearable.
I'm forever happy this is the machine I purchased and most importantly, thrilled with the customer support.

I have a TechSew 2750 for which I’ve had for almost a year, I started have some timing issues so I watched the tech videos for which I had no success in adjusting my machine, so I called tech support in doing so they set up for a video call and walked me thru several check procedure's with out being able to pinpoint the problem! So that tech passed me off to another tech for which he directed me to a tech video of another style of sewing machine (I thought he was crazy!) but, I watched it anyways. After watching it I then seen that it was not as different as I first thought! After studying video for a bit within 10 minutes I was back in time again. The video was very helpful and have documented the procedure for future reference!

Terrible experience, lousy company. Purchased an item that was NOT what it was intended to be. The material was actually dremeled without previous notification that it would be. When I went to return the item, I was treated in a poorly, dismissive and indignified way, yelled at to be precise. Utmost disrespect. My money will be well spent elsewhere where basic respect is understood.

I have dealt with them on numerous occassions and have
alway been satisfied with the interactions
I find their videos very helpful and the after sale service
very professional.
As a part owner of a manufacturing plant, we have purchased the
5100-Se and the 4800 and will look to techsew for any further
purchases.

The guys at Techsew are amazing. I have 3 sewing machines and a skiver and they are all perfection. They assisted me through FaceTime when I had a issue with my skiver and shipped parts immediately to fix it. I cannot praise them enough. If you are thinking about investing in a new machine these cannot be beat!

Really bad company to deal with. Summary, they sell used machined when they tell you they are new, they advise the wrong machines then will not take it back, the machines are unsafe as they keep power in them after shut off.

Ron, the "expert" recommended a machine for our materials, when we received it we realized it was the wrong machine for the materials we are using they refused to take it back

We purchased another machine and when we received it we found out it was used. See photos attached. It even came with a box of hand carved tools from the 70's.

When you turn off the machines, if you press the foot pedal the machine will still run through a cycle and is very dangerous for the operator if they are threading or changing a needle and accidentally push the foot pedal. Guaranteed CSA has not made a visit to their facility but they will be very soon.

They don't care about customer service, only about making a buck.

What a great company! I purchased my machine in November of 2021. There have been technical issues that I was not able to resolve myself. Each time I contacted the company, they set a meeting to Facetime with me to resolve the issue. They were very patient while trying to resolve the issue. They spend as much time with you as you need until the issue is resolved. Highly recommend Techsew!

This has been a fabulous experience so far! My machine shipped within the stated turnaround. Techsew was amazing at answering all my questions and having tons of videos to help you make the right decision. When my machine arrived, the stitch length was long and wouldn’t change, so they had a technician FaceTime me and helped me get it fixed. This beauty sews like a dream and is so much quieter than I expected!

I bought a 1460 sewing machine and an S4 skiver from the dealer in Montreal. As I live in Ottawa, I was concerned about servicing and tech support. The people at the dealership have exceeded my expectations in every way. When I have a concern or question, my call is returned in a timely manner and they are always happy to help me. I would definitely recommend them for any of your sewing needs.

While speaking over the phone directly would have been my preference, all email responses were prompt and helpful. My problem and questions were fully addressed and answered and I'm back sewing!

I purchased a Techsew 85017 post bed industrial machine. Arrived last month. I had a technical problem and called Techsew support. A nice gentleman called me back within10 minutes and in less than 10 minutes on FaceTime the problem was solved. Great customer service-which is the core to any good business.

Nothing but praise for Techsew! Their 2750 is my very first industrial machine, and I LOVE it. Tackles all my projects without a stutter, the video tutorials for fixing problems are so good, and it is invaluable to have access to such amazing local tech support when you run into an issue not covered in the manual or YouTube. Huge shout out to Raphael especially, he seems to always be dealing with me when I break something

We run a small leather shop that we found growing faster than we could keep up. We had bought one sewing machine from a competitor and just happen to look into Techsew for a Skiver and their 5100 sewing machine. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Not just the additions of the machines but the customer service is second to none! We've spent a small fortune gearing up our shop but going forward we will buy equipment ONLY from Techsew. You cannot find this level of customer service and attention to detail. The machines work flawlessly and have since the day they arrived! Thank you so very much!
