I had some driving lessons with Christian Batkai and he explained well when i had questions! I recommend that teacher!

Cristian is incredibly patient and shows that he knows what he's talking about. He is very flexible with what kind of lesson you want to have and I look forward to my class every time I see him on my schedule.

Pros:
Amazing staff and location. Any questions you have can be answered by calling the front desk or asking your instructor. One of my instructors was named Christian and he was always on time and offered to drop me off anywhere convenient for me to return home after a driving lesson.

The online theory classes are super nice for a student like me since you can book everything online with their website and you don't have to take a bus to go to a classroom after a long day at school.

The book is well organized and super easy to understand.

Cons:

The Mitsubishi Lancer that you will likely be driving is.in need of a replacement to say the least.

Really great school learn a lot and learned fast was confident on the road since the first time on the road great teacher too I recommend Christian if your English and Daniel if French

J'ai envoyé un courriel le 22 novembre pour un transfert de succursale. Le personnel m'avait dit que ça va me prendre au MAXIMUM 10 jours ouvrables. J'ai attendu environ deux semaines et demi mais je ne recevais pas de nouvelle, donc j'ai encore appelé pour checker s'il y a un problème. Le personnel m'a dit de me patienter et que mon nom est bien sur la liste. J'ai demandé si la procédure a au moins commencé et elle a dit qu'elle va envoyer une demande, ce qui veut dire qu'ils ne faisaient quasiment rien tout le long. Après cet appel, ça fait trois semaines de plus que j'attends. Aujourd'hui fait exactement six semaines depuis mon premier courriel. J'ai appelé avec un grand désespoir et la madame m'a dit que le processus n'est pas encore commencé et que ça va me prendre AU MINIMUM 12-15 jours ouvrables. Je comprends qu'il y avait les temps de fêtes pour les deux dernières semaines mais mon transfert était supposé être fait bien avant ça. Je ne comprends pas qu'est ce qui fait qu'un transfert prenne autant de temps.

Just finished my driving course with the Access/Tecnic on Victoria in Lachine.
I would definitely recommend this school. During covid it was hard to book in person classes, but since then I was able to book easily and flexibly thanks to their friendly and helpful administrative team! The theory classes are done via zoom and the practice lessons are pretty enjoyable. Cristian is a super cool instructor and so are all the others that I’ve had. Sometimes they let you drive yourself home if you live nearby! This shows how considerate the teachers and admin are to your time!

Nabil is literally the greatest! He took his time with each of us to make sure we understood what he was teaching, leading to the success of a vast majority of the class! So awesome!

Access Lachine is a very good driving school with seasoned and courteous staff. I wish to that Madame Asmae and Monsieur Bilal for their expertise and dedication to their job. I love you guys.

I will give them 0 stars if i can. They will cancel your driving lessons without even telling you and will book your lessons last minute and then the instructor won't show up for the class. So unprofessional. I will not suggest anyone go to Lachine school. I had completed 1 year with learners license in October 2021 and its November and i still do not have my license.

Super expérience avec Marcelle, elle as sue rendre l'apprentissage tellement plus évidant et le fun je viens d'avoir mon permis probatoire merci Marcelle! Tres bon conseil ca m'as vrmt aider!

Access c'est la référence dans toutes Lachine il ya un moniteur qui s'appelle Misagh oh my goodness il a l'art de l'explication en lui il es tellement gentil et aussi j'aimerais juste vous dire il n'y a pas de mot pour qualifier votre professionnalisme a access parce-que c'est au dessus de la perfection merci ️️

For the most part, I enjoyed this driving school. They have some of the best driving instructors, like Marcelle, Bilal etc. But I would I have to say that the school lacks customer service and professionalism in certain ways. On one of my last in car sessions, I experienced the worst driving lesson ever with Mounir AIT SAADI. He was rude during more than half of the lesson. I wasn’t comfortable asking him any questions, because he had a attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. He made rude expressions and remarks and even took off his mask during the lesson while we are in a pandemic. I wrote a email to access lachine more in-depth about what happened and they didnt even respond back. They probably didn’t even bother opening the email.

Not sure about others but i came across this instructor His name is Will. God bless him Such a beautiful soul, he gave me simple tips on my refresher and boom i passed the driving test. I would recommend him to anyone 100 times.

C'est vraiment grâce à Marcelle que j'ai réussi à terminer mes cours, elle m'a aidé à passer par dessus mes peurs de la conduite. Super gentille et très bonne éducatrice, je prends tous mes cours avec elle! Merci Marcelle pour ton aide.

Not the best driving school. They ask you what language you prefer to learn in for your in car session and I specifically said English and they gave me a instructor that only speaks French she didn't understand any question i was asking and she was also very rude and not patient AT ALL she was getting frustrated because i didn't understand what she was telling me to do AND on top of that she was 25 min late for my session and we ended 10 minutes early so I didn't get my full hour.

J'ai eu une très bonne expérience avec Access la réceptionniste et les instructeurs sont vraiment professionnels et gentils. Marcelle est une tres bonne instructrice grace a son aide j'ai passer mon exam

I had a very good experience. Marcelle was my favourite teacher, she helped me in my learning process as a driver and showed me good tips to gain confidence behind the wheel. I successfully obtained my permit and I am very satisfied.

Excellent customer service! Started access driving school three years ago and fell on hard times, finally got the courage to get back on track and their employee Chrissy lapointe (had to ask her for her name to give a shout out) walked me through the steps I have to take and prepared a schedule for me to FINALLY get my license. Thank you Chrissy for the positive words and all the help! Highly recommend access driving school in lachine!

Access has been there for me from start to finish. Not only are the receptionists extraordinarily kind and helpful but the instructors are incredible. Marcelle is by far my favourite instructor! She makes you feel safe and confident while behind the wheel. She gives the best tips and makes sure to prepare you for the final SAAQ exam. Not to mention, she has such an inviting and affectionate personality. Book your lesson with her, you wont regret it!

Marcelle est la meilleure, excellente communicaton, patiente, dynamique, tt le kit mais avec les cours en ligne, trop de temps est perdu a expliquer zoom, la signature et juste pour entrer ds profile, les profs doivent repeter plusieurs fois de suite ce qu'ils venaient de dire alors que ces details sont ds l'email.

I called Access today and spoke to a women called Olivia. I wanted more information on their services to learn how to drive a manual car. Olivia was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She even called me back to follow up with additional information.

Cette école ne communique pas assez avec ses élèves lors des changements de cours et des informations importantes. Au mois de mars, elle m’a donner une date pour un cours pratique mais il l’ont reporter à 2 jours après sans m’aviser. Après tout j’ai meme pas pu faire le cours à cause de la fermeture d’access le jours meme de mon cours! De plus, l’ecole a reouvert il y a quelques semaines, mais ils nous avisent meme pas à propos de la réouverture. Très décevant, car c’est notre droit de savoir la réouverture et ainsi reprendre par là où ont avaient arrêté.

Les cours d'Access m'ont permis de réussir mon examen de conduite du premier coup. Les moniteurs sont excellents et professionnels. Je remercie tout particulièrement Marcelle pour tous ses conseils très pertinents qui m'ont permis de progresser dans ma conduite, ainsi que pour sa manière d'enseigner très calme et sympathique.

Christine has been a big help each time I have questions or concerns about anything due to Covid. I appreciate her taking the time to explain it all, so I don't worry so much about my child and their lessons.

Very good driving school. If you are nervous for your exam, book your last classes with Marcelle, she prepares you perfectly for the exam.

Friendly and accessible receptionist, as well as great instructors (especially Marcelle!) that provide for a comfortable albeit professional learning experience.
