The instructors are well versed when it comes to explaining the rules clearly for a way that’s easier to understand, well enough to make you feel comfortable when driving.
Les cours sont beaucoup trop espacés et les profs annulent souvent les cours. Ca fais 1 mois que je ne peux pas avancer mon permis parce que le prof a une mauvaise connection ou que les services sont fermés. La pandémie est terminée, pourquoi les cours ne sont plus en présentiel? La conduite est correcte mais les proffesseurs on du mal avec plusieurs mots de français. Pour les procédés administratifs, on est perdu et il faut creuser loin pour avoir de l'aide ou ce dont on a besoin.
J’ai vraiment aimé l’école! Ils sont patient et amical. Ils nous préparent fortement bien à l’épreuve, des bons professeurs. Je remercie aussi Anaïka (je m’excuse en avance si je l’ai mal écrit le prénom) de m’avoir aidé. Je vous la conseille, si vous avez un problème technique ou autres, elle serait disponible pour vous en tout temps.:) Encore une fois merci fortement!
2e cours avec hanan. Ça s'est très bien passé. Elle remarque mes erreurs très rapidement et m'aide à me corriger directement. En plus, elle répond très très bien à mes questions. Je vous la recommande!
The educator (Nabil R) at the Tecnic Access was very helpful and guided me through the sessions and with assessment preparation very well. You can definitely consider them if you are a new to driving!
Hanan Is a really great teacher, she very knowledgeable and kind. I was able to learn a lot and had a very comfortable and educational lesson. 5/5 stars

Mr. Charly is a great instructor with great humour! He was very helpful, strict (in a good way) and forthright; he’ll give you effective tips and tricks to help you become a better driver, I highly recommend him:)
For me, I recommend Charley as an instructor because most of my in car sessions that I had so far are under on him.he is calm and has an excellent knowledge about driving. Absolutely effective for me because I learned a lot for him as a first time driver. I’m comfortable also asking everything I want to know about driving and he explained it very clearly as to my concern.
Great experience! I highly recommend Hanan as a driving instructor. She is very friendly, calm and explains well. She also explained in great detail what to expect for the driving exam and gave me tips on how to pass. She is by far the best instructor i’ve had!

I liked my driving lessons with Nabil. I strongly recommend him. Best driving instructor I’ve ever had…and I’ve had a few. He knows how to pass his driving knowledge to the students and make them feel relaxed behind the wheel. Downside for the driving school: they rent me a car with winter tires on the back seat, that had to me removed and delayed my road exam.
Had a very good experience. Anita was of great help in my in car and theory classes. All the driving instructors were very professional and calm. Would highly recommend especially Kobi!

Poor customer service. Extremely difficult to book for online and in car classes either online, by phone or by email! They tell you to book on the first of the month, by the time you log on it's already complete, so I end up having to call and struggle to get 1 class booked. Really not happy with the process. In my opinion there are too many students registered for the amount of classes offered and teachers available!
Amazing experience! 100% recommend Hanan as an instructor. She is very calm in stressful situations, her explanations are clear and she prepares you well for the exam. She makes you feel very comfortable. The receptionist Kym is the sweetest girl, she booked me a last minute class when they were booked for the whole month. Don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Thank you!

Charly Pizzuco is the best instructor I have ever been with! He is very patient and actually teaches. He will make you feel very comfortable while driving and won’t stress you out. We need more instructors like him!

I tried all the instructors of acces the only teacher that helped me a lot it’s Madame hanan she did her best. I had the last 2 classes with her and I just got finally my driver license from the first time because of her! Thank you Madame Hanan! So you guys already know who to book with.
I just found the best instructor of all time. Charly Pizzuco really makes an in-car class fun and relaxing. I am trying to schedule all my classes with him but he is very popular and hard to get.

Je viens de faire mon test de practique hier et j'ai obtenu mon permis! Mon expérience en générale avec Access était bien. J'ai pouvais voir que les instructeurs voulaient que les étudiants réussissent. Hanan Bouanani m'a vraiment marqué dans le processus de mon expérience de conduite! J'étais déjà un peu découragée par ma conduite et elle m'a vraiment aidé. Elle donne de bonnes explications et des techniques de conduite qui m'ont préparé à mon examen. De plus, elle m'a donné plus de confiance dans ma conduite. J'ai vraiment apprécié qu'elle soit compréhensive et attentionnée lorsqu'elle me faisait des avis constructives quand je faisais des erreurs. Je recommande de prendre des cours avec elle!
Even with a very busy schedule, Flora, the receptionist, managed to stay in a couple extra minutes after her shift was done to kindly listen to my concerns and address my issues. She was extremely understanding and showed high standards of professionalism. Flora was very resourceful and jumped to action in a speedy manner!
It was amazing! I had instructor Nabil / Billy. He was very professional and explained thoroughly, in a nicely articulated and clear manner. We did an exercise to really drill-in the range of each mirror, and the blind-spot, among the regular driving. His instructions were clear; and the entire experience was amazing, extremely positive.
I was nervous when I went for the class, especially wondering how it’s gonna be during COVID, but everything went smoothly and I gained a more confidence and understanding of road communication, what your telling others by slowing down or speeding up.
The exercises really helped understand the functions of the mirrors as well as the optimal time for lane switching, how to switch in certain situations, how to tell if it’s safe to switch and so on.
Overall, I left there with more confidence and a lot more *practical* knowledge. 5 stars

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience de conduite avec Access Pierrefonds. Je me suis améliorée rapidement grâce à, notamment, Hanan et Marcelle, les deux instructrices avec lesquelles j’ai passé le plus de temps. Elles furent dynamiques, patientes et elles me donnèrent de très bonnes remarques tout au long du processus. Mon expérience avec cette école de conduite et ces instructrices furent très positives et je les recommanderais fortement.

Definitely the school to go to, for driving. I had a wonderful experience here, teachers are very good at what they do and go above and beyond to ensure their students become excellent drivers. The staff are very nice and helpful to any inquiry you may have. All in all I highly recommend this school to any one looking to get their licence.

I absolutely recommend Access to learn how to drive! The staff there is very welcoming, helpful and above all they will make you into an excellent driver. I believe they are one of the best driving schools to attend to. If you are signing up then make sure you book with Karan or Candice on when you're doing the in-car driving sessions.

Access is the best one I ever had. Having two accidents before and I have been to other school, for me there was no hope to win back my confidence until I went to Access. Thanks for the best DRIVING INSTRUCTOR which I would give FIVE STARS, KARAN who’ve been so very patient, calm, attentive and always has an answer for every questions I asked that help me understand all my queries and even during my mistakes he makes me calm whenever I get nervous. He greatly helped me build my confidence back and I succeeded. Of course, with the very warm and accommodating Boss and staffs. I would highly recommend choosing Marcelle for a driving course. She will make you feel absolutely comfortable in the car, very relaxing experience. She gives very good tips and helpful commentary to help you pass your driving test at the Saaq.
