Never in my 28 years of being alive have I ever been laughed at to my face by a customer service representative.
We admittedly arrived 15 minutes before close, but look we just wanted some answers and quick service. It's hard to make it for a 6PM close time during the week.
As soon as we walk in, we felt unwelcomed by Malika. We asked if we can do our bring it back option so that we wouldn't be charged late fees. Her first comment was "we close in 15 minutes" with a sly smirk.
I then asked Malika a normal question on why they can't keep our grandfathered account and she ridiculed myself my my girlfriend in our face and laughed at us.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Telus.
The manager jean-philippe/max on duty was kind and respectful and stayed well after close. Thank goodness for good workers and I really appreciate him helping us and going above and beyond.but does not dismiss the atrocious behaviour by Malika the clerk who needs to go back to school and re-learn interpersonal skills and how to communicate with other human beings.

I just stopped in to this store, to get my Koodo phone working and was served by 'Emile B. ' Wonderful quick service. Had to replace a defective SIM card with a phone I purchased here 4 months ago and he did it so quickly. Really appreciated his help.

I tried to get my laptop which has a LTE modem in it and a sim card slot added to my account and they wouldn't even give me the time of day to even pull up my account info. They told me to just use a wifi hotspot and went back to sitting around.
Avoid this store at all costs, go to another one.

Service was ok but was charged for data when the sim card was installed in my phone even if I asked and paid for a talk and text plan!
