I visited this boutique to purchase my new IPhone and received a great service from Benoit and Gino. They were very helful, the process was seemless. It was my third time dealing with them to purchase a new phone over the past years and the experience was great everytime!

Night mare company. On sept 20 they contact me to offer me a better plan and convincing me to leave my Ancien company. In the agreement they will send me a SIM card 2-3 Busines days with surprises that never arrive then I receive a bill charging me an amount that is not the amount that the agreement plan is and I don’t understand how do they charge a service that is not given. After talk with a senior supervisor and organize all the ridiculous bills. He ask me to go an store a get the SIM card what will reimburse by Telus so I when to this store tu purchase it but when I want to pay the guy said that doesn’t have change so the total was 23 and I had 22.20 or 40$ so I said ok you don’t have change I will pas tomorrow for the 17$ change they refuse and his partner start to laugh. So disrespectful and for sure now I have to call again my Ancien company and still being with it

I came in to switch from Koodo to Telus and pre-order a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and I have to say, Aledandre was fantastic and I appreciate how thorough he was with his customer service. We got everything taken care of, I got a sweet deal on the phone (promo offers he helped me take advantage of) and he even found a way for me to save a bit on my plan upgrades. He made a normally very annoying process (as a customer) very simple and enjoyable.

J’ai obtenue de bons conseils, un nouveau forfait encore meilleur que l’ancien et un nouveau téléphone, sans dire qu’ils ont pris le temps de tout m’expliquer les nouvelles fonctionnalités de mon nouveau téléphone.
