Cem is a real gem. Had a difficult experience with customer service and Cem helped me navigate the situation with patience and a high level of professionalism. Give the guy a raise!
They asked for ID when u want to enter the store, part of “store policy”, cause they want to make sure they give the most horrible service to a verified person. Kept me waiting for their manager for 15 minutes while he was laughing around with another customer. If there was a competition for “worst customer service”, this store is the gold medalist, hands down.congrats.

Avoid this place, you will save time and money. The service is very bad and not cordial. They are not trying to help their customers, they just want to sell expensive nonsense plans.

I went there to change my phone because my old one was severely damaged with 10 minutes before the store was supposed to close. When I arrived the store was already closed and I was motioned away from the door. After insisting that they open the door, I was told that they were under staffed and they couldn’t even operate normally. Why is this store even open?

He was so patient, despite my partner being short tempered. After a long time, we managed. I dont know how Marc managed to keep his cool. But he did. We are grateful Marc.

The staff ignore you when you get tere and when I lined up behind a customer to wait the sales person helping them made a big deal like I was being impatient. The customer service leaves something to be desired
