Very nice and caring staff, Gabriel went above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience and get the deal I was supposed to get (despite the severe system issue they had). When I had to come in again the next day he made sure everything was prepared on his side already so we could proceed and even sent me a detailed update via text message. Even though the full experience of getting my new phone was not ideal, this is on Koodo themselves and their lack of communication among their departments, however, the service I received at this particular store was exceptional and I appreciate the help! “Koodos”: P to Gabriel!
