Stellar service - great experience. William at Carrefour Laval went over and above. Can't say enough - he and his team are the very best.even on the busiest day of the year (boxing day!) Felt he did his utmost to find the best solutions for my daughter and I. Highly recommend this Telus because of their incredible team and costumer service.

The worst service I have ever had. Salesman do not make any effort to help, even though they made a mistake. Shame on the staff.

Nous avons eu un super service pour ma mère ainsi que les parents de son conjoint. Malheureusement, j'ai oublié la nom de la demoiselle qui nous a servi un samedi après-midi, mais elle était excellente. Patiente, compréhensive, drôle et efficace. Elle avait des jolis ongles blancs. Bref, on recommande cet endroit, surtout si vous avez la chance de tomber sur cette représentante.

Best service ever, yesterday I went to replace my broken sim card before closing time and the guy was super nice he gave new one free without hesitate and let me go.

Un gros merci à Amid E. C’est un employé hors pair, il est très compétent et il a pour but de trouver LA solution à ton problème. Cela faisait déjà plusieurs visites à d’autres succursales Telus et même une visite chez Apple et personne n’a été en mesure de trouver mon problème! Amid E.et son service impeccable mérite d’obtenir une promotion ou une augmentation de salaire et de vacances! Merci encore 1000000X et je reviendrai pour mes 4 filles

I went there recently for a renewal of 3 phones for an employee purchase plan. Telus marketing and corporate didn’t seem in synch in the offer I received but Willam Simard, the stores manager went incredibly above and beyond in helping me and eventually getting our deal.
He and I spent hours waiting and working with people for the Telus call center to no avail. I went home the first day dejected and thinking I may have to quit Telus. William however did not quit and called me back the next day with a solution. I went to the store at closing end of day and he stayed longer to help me get set up. Just amazing customer lol service and care. Thank you William!

Attendu 1h30 pour me faire dire que finalement le système ne fonctionne pas pour les corpo. Aucune possibilité d'avoir un dédommagement quelconque pour m'avoir fait perdre mon temps.
Vraiment déçu du service.

I went there shopping for 2 new mobility lines. The employe just greeted me at the door, to gave me a photocopy that was not even updated, he didn’t took the time to ask questions about my needs, and see if he could propose a better alternative to what was described in the photocopy. It took him 30 secondes with me. Not impressed with the lack of interest to get new customers.

Service not good at all. I was there to get a help to pay my invoice thy guy told me he cannot call the head office for me imagine that,

The folls working there were friendly and helpful. I needed a new holster for my cellphone because the clip broke on the last one I had and they found a other one for me in no time at all. They speak both French and English and they keep a clean store. Social distancing and hand sanitizer, the whole nine yards. They were fast. I like that. Go check it out!

I don't usually leave reviews but when I do, it's because the store/business and its associate totally and wholeheartedly deserves it. If TELUS' motto/slogan is that they have an exceptional network, well then I must say, Marilou at the TELUS Carrefour Laval store gives an EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Clear, concise, knowledgeable, friendly. I could go on and on. Merci BEAUCOUP encore Marilou pour l'acceuil et magnifique service! AAA+!

Très bon service, nous avons attendu longtemps mais il y avait des endroits pour s'asseoir et les employés étaient très bien et ont réussi à nous faire économiser beaucoup d'argent, l'attente en a valu la peine.

Rien de spécial. Un peu de pétage de broue de la part des employés. C'est assez pour ne plus y remettre les pieds.

Le service était pourri. On cherchait pas cher et il a considéré que ça valait pas la peine de faire du bon service. Il a été voir d'autres clients au milieu de ses explications sur les forfaits.

En tant que cliente, j’ai dû faire preuve de patience parce que les employés étaient surchargés mais j’ai eu droit à un service impeccable malgré leur épuisement détectable.
