Clean, spacious and relaxed atmosphere. You can play or just chill and watch while having a coffee or bite.

Had a cable snap and injured my hands and my right finger took a major impact. The person on staff was nice and helped me out straight away.

Je vais aux cours de zumba depuis deux semaines. Jana et Nathalie sont super. Pas encore essayé le cours de Richel mais ça ne tardera pas. L'ambiance est conviviale, il y a des rires, des sourires.c'est parfait parfois de ne pas se prendre au sérieux:).

Great gym! Fun Zoom classes. Pickle ball, badminton, tennis, squash, wallyball courts. They offer pilates and yoga. 2 spots for indoor golf lessons. Pool's being renovated. We'll kept, Clean lockers and dry sauna. Good waiting/lounge area. Havnt tried the food.
Reasonable prices for courts.
At times it's so crowded-weekends-Little kids everywhere are there for tennis or swimming lessons.

Tres bien pour s'entraîner et endroit sans compétition. Je recommande les cours de zumba! La salle d'entraînement et grande et disposé sur deux étages, pas bcp remplie donc on peut facilement s'entraîner sur les machines sans devoir attendre

Bien mais vraiment trop cher! Du vrai vol pour seulement 1 heure de location terrain, plus cher qu'une nuitée de camping lol

Enfin.il est permis de recommencer l'entraînement! Je me suis inscrite à un cours de golf! C'est tellement bien structuré. Et pas besoin s'être une PRO pour y accéder! Bravo à l'équipe.

Tout le personnel est accueillant, l’endroit est bien tenu, propre à la perfection! Tennis, gym, piscine etc un centre complet. Éric et Crazy sont les meilleurs coach de tennis qui soit! L’endroit idéal pour participer à des matchs de tennis entre amis ou dans une ligue. Service de restauration aussi offert sur place. Les vestiaires aussi sont également d’une grande propreté, assez de casiers pour tout le monde!

I go there for squash and the court is always filthy. We always have a reservation before going so they should prepare the court and have it cleaned for their clients. Also, most of the people working out and some of the staff in the weights area walk around without masks. These two things have been brought up to them repeatedly but nothing changes

Great facility (other than they don't have cameras in the Parking lot, and people get their cars broken into). Tasty food from the kitchen and a beer: what a better way to watch a pickleball match?

Excellent facilities, was there for a pickleball tournament. Hopefully this experience will encourage them to build more permanent pickleball courts.

Very bad experience on the camp of tennis intensive. My son, a 7 years old boy, sometimes backs down when he faces the difficulty, that he is afraid to challenge the difficult activities. The manager-Juliette Chan, directly told me my son is not suitable for this camp without any communication with me, neither with my son before. I am shocked a lot, they even didn’t tell me in advance what has happened, or at least give us a chance to improve, but suddenly persuaded us to quit. The coaches are all teenagers, I understand they don’t have enough experience to train the young kids, but the manager neither. The price is really good, but the prof is really not qualified.

Very nice! My kid attended the camp and had the best time with a monitor named "gatorade"! Totally recommend!

Worst camp ever! Unsafe environment for kids as my son got bullied. D they have préfères to refund us vs expelling a bully. All parents keeping their child at that camp should be aware of this kids being in danger.
Kid tries strangling another child according to one supervisor, tried shoving my son in a bathroom stall. Camp has been aware for at least a year of that kid behaviour. Yet they don’t do anything.
NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ANY CHILD

My daughter attended the summer camp during the first summer of the pandemic. WEll organized.it kept her happy & active.

My kid didnt want to go again cause she didnt make friends im giving it another shot this year hopefuly its going to go well

Excellent place to play indoor tennis, squash, racquetball, pickleball and badminton. Non-members are welcomed but court fees are slightly higher than for members.

Overpriced for badminton
It usually costs us (family of 2 parents and 2 children) around 15$ to reserve a terrain for badminton for 2h, but here it costs 60$ for only two adults.

Ils devraient apprendre à nettoyer leurs courts. Il y a même des masques qui trainent sur certains terrains.

Ils ont profité de la période de confinement pour refaire la peinture et les délimitations des terrains. Ils ont plus de terrains de tennis pouvant être convertis en terrains de badminton ou pickle ball. Très bon respect des mesures d'hygiène. On se sent à l'aise d'y aller en autant qu'on respecte les règles de circonstances. La video qu'ils ont produite sur comment gérer une partie de tennis dans la situation actuelle m'a été tout aussi bénéfique en la transposant pour le badminton. Un bon centre sportif.

Apparently since they are open now for business in the middle of a pandemic, they started taking monthly payments without even asking their customers if they want to go back to workout even if they don’t feel safe COVID-19

Nice place, but the membership sign-up process was a very bad experience. Extra fees that were not previously mentioned when I was solicited over the phone after trying a trial session. I was told that it would be $18 per session plus court fees and that I "might as well sign up for a monthly membership at $35/month". Found out later from a friend that he paid $9 for single entry with no court fees.

Court fees? I signed up to the gym exclusively to use the courts. Why not just work in a personalized monthly plan that meet the needs of the customer? I still have 30 days to cancel with no fees (unless there's something else I wasn't told), and I am heavily considering it.

Used to be a great gym,

But the machines are literally always broken (at least 3 have been broken for a few months)

And most of the staff is extremely ghetto.

Bonne place mais c pas tres adapté pour les familles avec jeunes enfants il n’y a pas d’ascenceur pour les poussettes

J'ai inscrit mon bébé de 9 mois au cours de natation. La piscine est chauffée et la pièce où se situe la piscine est chauffée aussi. C'est bien pour ceux qui se baignent, mais très chaud pour les accompagnateurs. Le professeur est dynamique et sait ce qu'il fait. La piscine est quand même petite considérant que plusieurs cours ont lieu en même temps. Il y a 2 tables à langer dans le vestiaire et il manque de place pour se changer, car tout le monde y va en même temps après les cours. Il faut descendre un escalier quand même étroit pour se rendre au vestiaire. Difficile si on amène le bébé dans sa coquille. Je suis quand même satisfaite de l'endroit. Les filles à l'accueil sont gentilles. Il y a un restaurant qui vend des mets indiens.

Les terrains de jeux sont superbes, l'ambiance et l'accueil y sont pour beaucoup. À voir absolument! Les terrains extérieurs sont admirablement bien entretenus.

Just tried the Indian food from the food court. Waited for 45 minutes to get two dishes ready. The dishes were not at all fresh and food was so salty and disgusting. Talking about the quantity i have never seen such low quantity ever in any Indian restaurant and the price was high too.
Overall it was a very poor experience. I would not recommend the Indian food from Tennis 13 food court to anyone.

Great place for tennis and badminton. Working hours are a bit strange in summer (closes at 7pm on the weekend)

Tennis 13 affilé avec des voleurs. Resto club 13, envoi des commandes pas complète et dit envoyer le reste mais rien et ils réponde pu. Quelle belle image pour tennis 13

Une après-midi au top avec ce club de Tennis! J'ai reservé pour un match entre amis et je ne regrettes pas, ca c'est super bien passer

La piscine beaucoup plus propre sur la photo. Très sale. La salle pour se changer plein de petit moustiques volant.

Went there for an inter club tennis championship and I was very impressed. Great facilities and very welcoming atmosphere.

The swimming area is an ok place, nothing too fancy and a bit overly crowded because they do several classes at once. They keep the temperature warm for the kids which is great for infants. The instructor is nice enough to translate to English sometimes but the classes are mainly in French. I like the sitting area facing the tennis court.

However, their family change room needs some serious work. I don't know what they were thinking. There are about 10+ families in there at once with babies younger than 12 months and the benches are hard enough to sit on let alone handle an infant. And there are not enough. They have a place to shower and a place to change diaper (which is always occupied) so you have to change baby on the narrow bench. There's no where to change your clothes and this is a family change room. Also after swimming baby is slippery and imagine trying to handle that with 4 benches and 30 people in one tiny room.

I like the classes and don't mind the swimming area but will probably not go for this club swimming lessons again only because of the change room.

I realize later that they do have a male and female change room, which are nice and big and spacious. Very strange that they did not do that for the family change room.

Belle place pour faire du sport, prix compétitif (pour un club privé), respect du client, mais place à amélioration pour certaine activités.

My kids take tennis classes here. We really love it because of the professionalism of the classes.

People are nice, big courts and gyms to play tennis, badminton, squash, racquet ball and they have a great gym.

For any tennis player looking for the full service indoor tennis club, tennis 13 has everything.
My family has had a long successful experience with many of the great coaches teaching at this club. Tennis director France Santerre takes her job seriously- and deals with all the ups and downs any organization sees. As for adult tennis, there are umpteen clinics and organized games ; doubles and singles ; to sign up for.
Early morning? Well just meet André! He will look after you for sure, everyday from 7-9 there is sure to be someone of your caliber to challenge you! Join up and enjoy!
