I am so glad we have good online shopping options for tennis equipment in Canada. Tennis Giant has great deals from time to time and has variety of styles for clothes and accessories. Their free shipping is one of the reasons why I gravitate towards them. So far I've gotten shoes, racquet enhancement accessories, and some clothing accessories. Their website is well built - easy to navigate / filter to find what you're looking for. Definitely easier than other vendors to checkout as well.

Lots of selection on tennis supplies and clothing. The staff was super helpful and provided answers to all my question. If you ever need anything related to tennis this is the place to go.

REPLY: I was NOT apologized to and was made to feel like the situation was my fault.

I went in to try on some tennis skirts. There is just one changing room in the main showroom area. The change room has a curtain. Today, I was trying on about 5 tennis skirts and while trying on one of the tennis skirts, one of the other customers just opened the curtain, in the main show room and walked into the change room. There is no signage ensuring clients ask before using the change room and none of the 3 staff were monitoring the situation to ensure nobody entered the change room. When i requested to speak to the manager, he said there was nothing he could do about the situation because it already happened. When I asked how he could make it right, he made it seem like it was my fault and then proceeded to tell me I was overreacting.when I offered feedback on how to prevent the situation from ever happening again, he ignored the feedback completely. When I asked the girl working at the cash how she would feel having her body exposed to strangers, she then told me I was overreacting. In ANY other retail environments, you must request to try on clothing. If you are a woman who wants to buy tennis apparel, just know, their fitting environment is completely UNSAFE. It is beyond comprehensible to have a male manager tell a woman who just had her privacy completely invaded by having her private body exposed, "overreacting". He didn't even apologize.

Amazing store, amazing service, amazing selection, and unbeatable prices. I have made numerous purchases online, and in-store, and the variety and prices are unmatched. Thank you for carrying so many specialty items and brands like Prince, which are harder to find, but you do such a great job in making them all available. Maher has provided such great personalized service over the years, its much appreciated to have such a professional tennis shop in our local area. The website is so easy to navigate, and the in-store experience is a must for any racquet sport fan. A nice welcoming large and modern clean space, with a beautiful indoor court facility, there is really no experience quite like it. Je suis venu acheter une raquette à la salle de montre et j’ai été reçu par deux employés très souriants et très bien informés de leurs produits. Selon mon style de jeu ils ont été capable de me conseiller la raquette faite pour moi. D’ailleurs j’ai même pu avoir une séance gratuite de 15 min afin d’essayer les raquettes avant de prendre ma décision. Par la suite, j’ai été agréablement surpris du service de cordage gratuit à l’achat du nouvelle raquette. Je vous recommande fortement TennisGiant!

This company (and its forms prior to Tennis Giant) has been my go to for tennis equipment for 25 years. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The facility is beautiful and caters to players of all levels. I enjoy every stop I make here! Highly recommended!

J'y ai été un dimanche après-midi pour corder une raquette et en acheter une. Service VIP! J'ai demandé s'il était possible de les corder le jour même et ils ont été capable de me le faire. Et durant l'attente, j'ai pu essayer des raquettes sur leur court intérieur! Le proprio était hyper sympathique et ses conseils précieux!

Wore my shoes at home for sizing and were too small. Tried to return. I was told I couldn't return as there was dirt in the shoes.
Apparently my living room floor is the same as a dirt road.
Very unsatisfied with return policy and the customer service.
Will never shop here again.

Great experience at Tennis Giant. Welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable! Ball machine rental service was great and a lot of fun. Tried out one of the many sample rackets also and was able to get a lot of useful practical information to guide me in purchasing the appropriate racket!

I was in just before Black Friday to purchase some new court shoes. It was my first time at the showroom. The sales staff were SO helpful and knowledgeable and listened to me about price point. It was an exceptional shopping experience (I generally do not post reviews, that is how good it was).

Show room was similar to walking into an Apple store. Clean and well designed. Greeted me at the door as soon as I walked in and had pretty much everything in stock. It would be worth your while to drop by instead of buying online if you're local. You won't be disappointed.

This is by far the BEST tennis store that we have ever been to! We felt like little kids in a candy store. They seemed to have EVERYTHING that we were looking for, and then some, and at very reasonable prices. The store even has a beautiful red indoor practice court and ball machine! With respect to the service we received… OMG FANTABULOUS! We can’t wait to go back even though they sell everything online!

I have been looking for a pair of tennis shoes that don't pinch my wide feet for a long time and yesterday I decided to try my luck at Tennis Giant. Maher and his staff did not disappoint. They were so patient and observing. After trying more than 10 pairs of different models, Maher was able to narrow down to THE pair that fits like a glove. I am very impressed by how well they know their products in such a detailed level! I would definitely go back there again for my next purchase.

After buying from them online we finally made it to the show room and it does not disappoint. The showroom is beautiful! The team there is so helpful and understanding. They gave me rackets to try on their tennis court and consult me on every one of them. What an amazing experience! Really really worth it to drive there (from Gatineau in our case) especially when you’re in doubt what racket you want.

Comme je retournais au Saguenay je me suis présenté sur place et on m’a préparé et ma commande avant le temps pour m accommoder étant donné ma situation. Incredible service, they really take their time to make sure you're happy with what you decide to get. The place is super clean and organized unlike most shop where theres so many items everywhere (big mess), everything works perfectly and smooth. They had every single racquet option available and a court inside where you could go and demo each one until you find your perfect match! Left today with a brand new racquet, tennis shoes, outfit and Maher even strung the racquet right away! Highly recommended!

J'ai visité leur magasin dans le but d'essayer quelques raquettes qui m'intéressaient. Je n'ai pas été déçu. Leur court intérieur nous permet d'essayer une grande variété de raquettes. Grâce aux conseils du staff et le fait que j'aie pu en essayer plusieurs (l'endroit était calme dimanche matin a l'ouverture), j'ai trouvé ma nouvelle raquette, qui n'était pas dans mes choix initiaux.
Les prix sont excellents, le service est excellent dans les 2 langues aussi. Vais racheter / y retourner.

Tennis Giant is a great place to shop for tennis gear. That is where I’ve been buying all my tennis shoes since they opened – very good quality and at very reasonable price. If you are shopping for a new tennis racquet, their showroom has a large selection of demo rackets and a full-size tennis court with a ball machine. Just hit a few serves (the most important shot in tennis) and you can quickly narrow down your choice of racquets. My racquet is somewhat tricky to string, but they did a very good job the first time around, and that was not the case for many other places that I tried. If you come for stringing, it is very convenient to buy a few things directly at the showroom, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you choose. Of course, you can also purchase items on-line, and in my experience, the delivery was fast. Finally, if something does not work out, in my case that was a pack of defective Luxilon overgrips, they immediately offered a refund in the form of an e-gift card. What else to wish for?

Such a great store for tennis players, you can demo the racquets, the service is excellent and they guide you and they hear what you want. I really loved the experience of shopping here. Also, the showroom and the court to test are all very neat. Thank you Tennis Giant!

Definitely recommend this place to those who want to buy a tennis racket! I visited last week and I love it. They have a indoor tennis court and you can try basically all the popular rackets with a ball machine. The staffs are professional and friendly, I’m really satisfied with my new racket.

Excellent pricing, service, team, promos and widest selection. Flexible return policies. Best tennis store in Canada by far, probably north america, maybe the world. If you live in Montreal, visit the showroom, and try out rackets on the spot on their indoor court with a ball machine. Compare 5 or 6 top choices side by side with your current racket. There's nothing like it, you don't have to pay or reserve the racket, just pick one of 15 or so demos. This is the path to game improvement and the best way to buy a racket if you're serious about racket sports (yes they have badminton court next to the tennis court and pickleball. ALso I like that they give you free poly string and stringing with a new racket purchase. Reward points, fast shipping free returns, I can't stop shopping there.
