Great customer service! They called me to check on a grip size that I entered in the online order was actually not available and all was sorted out, a recommendation was made and helped me to find the perfect combination of string type, size and colour. I love this Volkl V1 Evo Racquet. Thumbs up to Jean Mark, who provided friendly advice. It was shipped quickly to New Brunswick, everything arrived as expected. In a box and with bubble wrap around the racquet.

I went to Tenniszon ready to pay up to get valuable advice on choosing the right racquet given my novice level.

I came in with an existing racquet to show what I had been playing with. I didn’t have any complaints about my size 3 racquet other than wanting an upgraded racket face for my evolving level of play. I was upsold a racquet that would have been great had it not been a size 1 racquet.

The salesperson convinced me that downsizing from a 3 to 1 was the way to go.

Again as a novice/intermediate player I didn’t push back much thinking “they must know what they are suggesting”.

A little over 4 weeks later, I started complaining about wrist and elbow pain to my coaches (3 different ones across different tennis activities) …all three agreed my racquet handle was way too small and weren’t sure why Tenniszon didn’t stick with the size 3?

I went back to Tenniszon complaining about the size I was convinced into buying by them but Antonin at Tenniszon didn’t care - all he kept suggesting was that they would cover the wrap to get it to the appropriate size thus having no care in the world that it would compromise the grip feel…

Bottom line, I spent nearly $300 at Tenniszon thinking I would get great advice and now I am stuck with a racket that I will not be playing with. All of which Tenniszon tried to “push me into” again was that they would cover the overgrip wrapping since that is all they can do because I had the racket for 5 weeks…

If you are a novice or getting started in the game, do yourself a favour and do not go there…go to Tennis Giant - at least they stand by their products even if it is passed a month. Heck go to Sports Expert, that’s where I went for my initial size 3 $70 racket and that worked better for me.

The place to go when it comes to tennis! In spite of the size, you will find most of the needed merchandise acompanied by a professional advise and an honest gudiance, even an e-advice on the website!

I had a great experience dealing with Tenniszon and their service was amazing, twice. I was late ordering a racquet as a birthday present for my son, and asked them if they can do anything to expedite.they could not change the shipping but made sure to have it to the shipper within hours, and we actually received it on time! Another time I ordered a few items after a return and realized I had to make some changes. I called the store and the gentleman took care of everything right away, the order was not delayed and everything came as it should. Very impressed with the level of service I got which to me is huge dealing with a company on the other side of Canada. Thanks Tenniszon!

Bonjour, J'ai commandé une raquette en ligne et j'ai reçu un excellent et très rapide service.

J'apprécierais s'il y avait un "dépôt" (comptoir, magasin succursale.) de Tennis Zone sur la rive sud pour pouvoir aller y chercher et y déposer des raquettes que l'on voudrait essayer. Ce serait plus facile que d'aller sur l'Île ou de demander (et retourner) des raquettes par la poste. Cette succursale pourrait être dans un centre de tennis existant (un partenariat, une concession.). Cela faciliterait grandement l'essai de raquettes.
