Je tiens à exprimer notre grande satisfaction concernant les services fournis par Patrick de la compagnie Terminix pour l'élimination des punaises de lit dans ma résidence. Son professionnalisme, son efficacité et l'excellent service client de Terminix ont dépassé nos attentes, et nous tenons à partager notre expérience positive avec d'autres.

Dès le premier contact, Patrick nous a expliqué en détail le processus d'élimination des punaises de lit.
Une fois le traitement commencé, on a pu constater des résultats encourageant. Patrick a été méticuleux dans son travail et a pris le temps de s'assurer que chaque zone infesté soit traitée et nous a fourni des recommandations et des conseils pour éviter de futures infestations de punaises de lit.

Patrick Odonell is a amazing exterminator. I hired Terminex to treat bedbugs in my grandmother's apartment. Terminex sent two other technicians who did a good treatment but could not locate the bedbugs. Mr Odonnel came finally and asked me if he could take my appartement apart to find them I said to him m yes. He completely searched every cm of the appartement and finally found the bug Hidding in the screw holes of the bed frame. After three treatments there has been nothing since more than one month.

I had ant problem and they don't care, as soon as they have the money they don't care.technician came and I explained the ant problem and he gave me same drug that he use for small ants to use it for carpenter ants and he asked me to put it anywhere I want. I called another company and they came and spend one hour to find out the main problem and then they put specific poison for this type of ant and the were gone after one week.before I call the company, I bought drug from Canadian tire and it fixed my small ant problem. Terminex drug couldn't even fix the small ant problem. I don't recommended at all

We were served by Chabane Loumi and he is pleasant, very respectful, honest and hard working. 5-star service!

We discovered cockroaches, in our kitchen. We live in an area where there are no cockroaches. Terminex sent us Patrick O’Donnell. He was very informative, helpful, courteous and reliable. He has excellent communication skills. He was patient in answering all my questions and educated me about our infestation. He went above and beyond to find a solution, to my cockroach problem, that was manageable for myself and my family. He followed up, with phone calls, and in person visits, to ensure that the solution worked well. I am extremely happy with Patrick’s knowledge and service. I would give him 10 stars, if I could.

Update 08/26:

After filing an official complaint with the company regarding the problems mentioned in my first review, I received a call back from one of Terminix’s branch managers (Karim). Karim was very very nice and really wanted to take the time to fully understand the entire problem and what had happened. He was both sincere and apologetic. Once Karim was able to get all sides of the story, i received a call back from a supervisor (Philippe) who was also super nice, sincere and apologetic and Philippe offered to come over to my place personally to resolved the issue.
Philippe came over and was able to resolve the issue very easily and with little effort in order the to complete the job that the technician refused to do.

So, the initial technician who came to my house still gets 1 star and I would refuse to let that person back into my home, but I give 5 stars to Terminix for standing by their clients, taking complaints seriously and doing everything they can to turn a negative experience into a positive one. You can’t always control the people working for a company, and sometimes they are are not the “best qualified” people working (major lack of customer service skills), but it should not tarnish the company as a whole, especially when they go out of their way to make it right. If you do business with this company and you are in Brossard, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT get a technician by the name of Ricardo. He lied to us and didn’t complete the job. He continues to forget his appointments and doesn’t show up for 2 days / 2 scheduled visits. He treated us very poorly on his follow up visit and had the audacity to call my wife and I liars when he forgot about something HE told us when he came for his first visit. We asked that the rodent bait box be placed in a location were he can remove the “boxes” on his follow up visit and we were 100% clear with him that we did NOT want those boxes remaining in the attic permanently. Now he is telling us we never asked that and he can’t remove them and that we don’t know what we are talking about. When we told Ricardo that we would file a complaint about his behaviour, his response was “do you want my phone”. He is 100% non professional and I am requesting a full refund for work not completed by the company. Look at the other reviews which are very similar and think twice about hiring this company!

Stay away from these people, i signed a contract last year, and they didnt even come at all this spring or summer.waste of money

230$ Never given a receipt and told there is no guarantee whatsoever. 24 hrs and 2 weeks later the problem is still there. This is the last time I’ll be dealing with this company.

Je travaille avec Terminix dans un contexte de gestion anti parasitaire en industrie alimentaire. Le technicien est très compétant, s’assure que le dossier soit toujours en ordre, est pro actif et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions.

PET OWNERS BEWARE. I don't know who my technician is. But he came, put the poison around my property and did not ring the doorbell to tell me he is here or that he's leaving. My dog ended up eating one he find in the yard and I had to take him into emergency vet costing me hundreds of dollars. I called Terminex to ask them what poison it is so I can tell the vet and they can diagnose but the Terminex receptionist said she'd put it down as urgent and they would call me back. I'm back from the vet after having to induce vomiting 4 hours later and still no callback. I didn't even ask for refund, I just want to know what my dog ate so they can treat him. I will cancel the rest of this service and never use this place again. I am infuriated with this company. Please update your process to make it mandatory to inform your clients that you are leaving POISON in the perimeter on the DAY OF SERVICE so people can make sure their pets doesn't have access. This is a life and death issue.

J'ai découvert, préalablement à mon processus de calfeutrage, des nids de bourdons bien enfouis dans un endroit inaccessible du grenier. Un des superviseurs a pris le dossier en charge puisque c'était compliqué et qu'initialement le problème est revenu rapidement après une tentative. Il a dû revenir deux fois pour cette trouver la solution et ainsi les forcer à quitter. Malgré la complexité, les déplacements et les heures de travail, ils ont honoré leur garanti et réglé le problème.

Very pushy offer at the door, despite advising the person that we are busy and can't talk to him at the moment. We have 2 months old baby and got zero understanding from the sales guy that it was not the right time to present their service. I would not deal with such a company!
