Very subpar service. Not a lot of seating available and not at all inclusive for families with children.

We got there just after 4pm and it was already packed, a huge reserved area for lsrge groups and us with 2 kids under 3 (one being less than 1), had to stand and wait to see if they could seat us.and they could not. They should reserve seating for people with children, as they are more sensitive to the weather, or allow prior reservations.

No one thinks about moms and small children, we are always screwed, when we already go through so much. And news.everyone needed a mom and was once a child.so the customer experience should be at least decent for us.

Extrêmement dérangeant dans le voisinage. Le son et la base est tellement forte que c'est comme ci votre dj était dans mon salon et je vis à un coin de rue.

J'aurais préféré ne pas mettre ce commentaire ici mais vous n'êtes pas joignable via téléphone ni pas courriel et vous n'avez pas pris en considération la visite le l'inspecteur de la ville.

Nous devons déjà endurer votre tapage plusieurs soirées par semaine et maintenant le dimanche après-midi, c'est vraiment désagréable

The best of the four terraces we just visited. Great view and atmosphere and all of the staff were smiling and having fun. Would have stayed much longer if the sun was out.

Went the first day of F1 weekend. By far, the best hotel patio experience. In terms of service, our waitress, Melissa was lovely and so amazing! She was dynamic, attentive and cared for our table like all the other parties present. The food was good and what you would expect for a hotel patio. Overall great atmosphere and would go back!

Had a reservation at 7: 30 and they said they were so full we’d have to wait and call us when they’re ready. At 8: 30 we told them to forget about our reservation and that we would cancel it. They clearly forgot about our name on the list because it wasn’t even written on the guest list anymore. One of the hostesses, Emma, was sweet but she clearly had no intention of finding us a table. She just went “ohhhh I’m sorry that’s too bad”. I know it’s not her fault but customer service needs to be improved, if I make a reservation I should be seated. Really wanted to try out this place and am disappointed I never got in.

Bel endroit! Service correcte mais par moment c'était long. Le serveur semblait d'avoir un peu difficulté à arriver à quelques reprises, mais il était adorable. La musique bonne, mais je l'aurai diminué un petit peu! Le negroni, honnêtement, j'aurai préféré l'original sans la montagne de glace. Le Margarita était correcte. La tartare de saumon était rafraîchissante et les frites pour deux en valaient la peine! Je crois que nous ferons une deuxième réservation cet été. Merci:)

I had the Wagyu burger and it was delicious. The view from the terrace is beautiful and overall, the vibe is great.

Bistro side right side of the entrance) is great for couples looking for privacy or calm, lounge side or DJ side is for great vibes! When you book mention which side do you prefer!

Malgré notre réservation nous avons fait la queue 20 minutes pour accéder à une hôtesse (un jeudi soir). Nous n'avions finalement pas de table réservée et avons dû aller au bar attendre un appel téléphonique pour signaler la disponibilité. Les prix des verres de vins sont majorés, et très compliqué d'accès malgré un staff qui fait ce qu'il peut.

La musique est vraiment trop forte, sans raison car cela reste un restaurant. C'est donc plutôt un endroit pour faire la fête. Ma nourriture est bonne mais sans plus versus le prix élevé des plats.

Le cadre est très joli mais ne rattrape pas l'ambiance qui s'avère au final très décevante pour un dîner en famille ou entre amis.

J'ai du mal a comprendre l'engouement autour de cet endroit qui finalement est très tape à l'oeil.

C'était pour ma fête, et je reste déçu.

Highly recommend 10/10. Best Caesar I’ve ever had in Canada I want to shout out to “KEVIN” our server, he is very friendly, very fun to talk to and very helpful also he cares about his customers! We had lobster sando from the menu and it was out of this world! MUST HAVE! I will definitely go back, perfect place to eat or drink!

Beautiful place but my steak was soo chewy and over cooked in parts unfortunately: (The standard drinks were ok but the signature drinks were very good. My boyfriends burger was actually good so.not sure if it's bc I ordered steak and they are known for seafood. I would give it just another try, because I loved the atmosphere.

My first time here and won't be my last. This terrace is one of the best in the City. Great food, staff and vibe. Well done Terrasse Belvu! My only suggestion is to have a wider selection of beer.

Superbe terrasse avec une belle ambiance! Et que dire de la vue! Nous avons adoré les cocktails ainsi que nos repas. On reviendra c’est certain. 10/10

Horrendous wait time & Poor customer service

We waited 1 hour & 30 minutes more when we had a reservation for 8: 30 pm. There were at least 6 groups waiting ahead of us with a reservation as well.

We had reached out to the hostess twice for our table. On the second check-up, they claimed that they tried calling us indicating our table was ready, but we haven’t received any notifications at all. Another duo also asked to follow-up for their tables & they too never received any call.

While there were 2 tables of 4 available, they decided to seat us at a only drinking table. Our reservation was meant for dinner service. No waiter has even bothered to pass by & we were surrounded by a crowd of drinkers & loud music. The experience was truly unpleasant.

We went back to ask the hostess to offer us another table as we wanted to order food but she declined & said there were no more tables left despite waiting for 1h30 mins and have a reservation.

We left the establishment and we were absolutely disappointed in your customer service & hospitality.

Très bel endroit! Parfait pour un date ou un dîner professionnel. Les plats sont chers mais très bons.
