Worst experience. Waited two hours only to be told there was no propane or burrata to cook my food. Was told drinks were on the house due to horrible service and then they chased us down saying we dine and dashed. 0/10 would not recommend. No staff, no food, management sucked. Drinks were mediocre and over priced.

At multiple occasions there was a problem with the rsvp. I confirmed many times by text and by email the rsvp when i would receive the automated messages. When we got there, they said my rsvp had been cancelled despite me having confirmed by text one hour ago. The service was not the best, very slow despite not being a full house. It took 15minutes for my friend to get a single glass of water. After that, my friend was served a broken glass. When she gave it back to the server, she forget to bring her a new one. My friend had to ask herself for another drink to be made. Despite all this they still tried charging her 2 drinks even though the first had broken glass in it. The food was mediocre at best and it lacked many items on the menu. The ambiance was okay and the place was nice. The servers at the end were nice and i understand they were trying their best but the service was extremely lacking. Will not be returning and will not be recommending this place.

Will not be returning. Management needs to review how they treat their customers! Instead of properly staffing an establishment they blame the servers for any issues that arise. Hire more people and treat your staff/customers better.

Belle ambiance avec une belle terrasse sur le rooftop d’un batiment sur le boul. St-Laurent. Belle vue pour des couchers de soleil et des bons 5@7 animé par un DJ. Le décor et la nourriture vous transporte sur les plages de Cancun ou Tulum pour faire la fiesta. Le service que j’ai reçu était excellent et la serveuse était très attentionnée pour notre groupe. Néanmoins, il y a place pour amélioration au niveau de la bouffe: soit c’était trop salée, soit certains aliments étaient trop cuits ou avaient un goût de brûlé. Donc, si je recommande cet endroit à mes amis, ça sera seulement pour la terrasse et pour boire un verre dans une ambiance de 5@7, pas pour manger ici. Le prix était un peu cher pour la qualité de la nourriture, mais les drinks sont très corrects.

Very nice atmosphere but inattentive and absolutely horrendous customer service from wait staff / servers/ bartenders. Simple water refills seemed to be a chore for the staff and was informed by our server that we could no longer order beverages table side and had to go to the bar to place our order.

At the bar we were told they are no longer serving cocktails and we could only do bar rail…As bartenders were actively preparing cocktails for other other customers? When asked for some change back from the bartenders they replied they don’t carry cash at their bar? Was then told the tip left was not enough and it was unacceptable?

Here’s a tip: Check your servers for their bad behaviour and entitled attitudes before they clock in for their shifts. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Owner acts abusive and disrespectful towards their staff. After being called out in the reviews, they started leaving fake 5 star reviews to keep their image clean.

Perfect evening! Shoutout to Fabiola that made sure we had everything we needed! And constantly checked in with us.

They offert shots for 5 star ratings. Service is terrible. The owners treats the staff like garbage. I do not recommend

We went to the terrasse and our waitress was Fabiola, she had a great vibe and gave us an amazing service. The place was chill, music was excellent & the food was ok!

First time coming to ciel and impressed is an understatement. The ambiance is like no other in Montreal, bringing a taste of talum to us. Service was best I’ve had in a while (Serena was so sweet and attentive). Music was great, drinks were unreal and I’ll definitely be back soon!

On avait une réservation vendredi soir pour le bachelorette de notre amie, le restaurant a fermé sans même prendre le temps de nous avertir. Nous avons su une fois arrivé sur place!
