As a whole, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Usually, no wait time but on the rare occasion where we must wait, it’s for very little time (i.e. Minutes). Sandra, but I’m sure it would be the same with anyone on staff, is always eager to help reschedule to accommodate especially combining appointments for both kids. Importantly, going to the dentist/orthodontist has not typically been a preferred destination for children but Sandra/staff put that old cliche to bed.

I have been a patient at TGO orthodontics for many years, and I cannot express enough how amazing the team is! Each and every person makes you feel welcome and comfortable. They are professional, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure you understand every step of your treatment process. They have become family, and I cannot thank them enough for giving me my dream smile!

I cannot recommend TGO enough! They have helped me with so much, from needing a retainer when I was younger to Invisalign as an adult. The friendly staff is always ready to listen, answer questions and guide me to the solution that was best for me. Trustworthy and quality service every time I come in for a follow up.

Dr. Giambattistini, Dr. Werbitt and the support staff at TGO including receptionist Sandra, have been consistently welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the years. They have taken good care of me throughout my (long) Invisalign treatment ensuring that I was making informed decisions and taking the time to attend to all of my concerns. I had a complex situation but they worked with my dentist and prosthedontist and I am extremely pleased with the results. It was time and money well spent. Thank you!

We can't say enough good things about TGO. The orthodontists Dr. Giambattistini and Dr. Werbitt are exceptional professionals - knowledgeable, competent, and warm. They've looked after both of our children, one to this day, with such wonderful and attentive care. And what a great support team- the always-cheerful Sandra deserves honorable mention!

I cannot begin to tell how great this place. Having had a lot of dentistry done a mouth full of caps my trust factor was very low. But TGO is another world. From the minute you meet Stephanie and Sandra at the reception area your stress level is gone. I am a 69 year old and was afraid I was not going to be well received but on the contrary I was just lucky to have gone to TGO. My entire experience has been exceptional. Not one complaint about anything. The entire staff was the best I’ve ever worked with. Don’t hesitate or you’ll be missing out on one of Montreals best kept secrets. Extremely professional orthodontists, dental hygienists, secretary etc. The place is really clean with nice huge windows and they do have the latest state of the art instruments.

Great experience going through my Invisalign procedure pre and post jaw surgery with TGO. Everyone is caring and personable. Would recommend.

I cannot say enough about the orthodontists and staff at TGO- they went above and beyond in my daughter’s orthodontic treatment, both on a professional and personal level.

Her treatment was to have taken 3 years- when, 3 weeks before the braces were to have been removed, she slipped and fell on an icy sidewalk and her 2 front teeth were dislodged, seemingly only held in place by the braces. My daughter and I spent the morning at the emergency dental clinic of the Children’s Hospital.

After we sent photos to TGO explaining what had happened, Pat left me a message saying that the team had seen the photos and that they were “heartbroken”. I was really touched by that.

They proceeded to spring into action, communicating and coordinating with the emergency dental clinic as well as an Endodentist (one of the teeth was chipped and needed a filling and one root eventually died, requiring a root canal). Visits were scheduled to remove the braces in order to do the root canal and filling, then to put the braces back on, the teeth had to be reposed, etc, … lots of back and forth coordination. But, it all went really smoothly. In the end, her orthodontic treatment lasted 10 months longer than anticipated.

Her braces were finally removed last week- and her smile looks amazing!
I’m glad we were in such good hands when that unfortunate event occurred. But, even prior to that, wherever we had an after-hours emergency (loose wire, for example), one of the doctors would respond to me by text message about what to do.

Amazing people, who’s professionalism is matched only by their human, compassionate touch!

I recently went to see Dr. G to see if my retainers needed adjusting after 20 years of wearing them… and she didn’t have to change a single thing! All was still as it should be, if you can believe it.

She said “wow, good job! ” And I said “Good job to me? Good job to you! You’re the one who adjusted them to last…almost 20 years ago! ” Impressive to say the least. Their care and expertise carries on through the years even after you’re a regular patient.

Honestly, TGO provides the best care, has the best staff, and offers the best outcomes. You will love going and feel so happy to have ever embarked on a journey with the best ortho team on the planet - and it’s been like that for generations!
