Heard they changed owner, went to give a try. Food was better than before, they're were a big line ups on a Friday night! The new owner (a young lady) she is very polite and very welcoming her customers! Will come back again

To avoid! Not a sign of peanuts on pad thai, gross sauce, not even resembling thai food, yucky mush that gave me an upset stomack.

This is anything but Thai. I get it it’s fast food but this is not worth the $15 for chicken pad Thai. I sympathize rent is prob expensive however there’s pride in what you are serving to clients. Chicken is boiled ahead of time-shortcut to keep meat from going bad and ready to serve. Prob good the portion of meat is only a few pieces because the taste is bland.
Bean sprouts loaded, more than noodle itself. 1 egg and a ton of sauce to mask everything. Result is the worse tasting pad Thai I ever tasted. This is a disgrace and can’t be called pad Thai. May be I’m being harsh but this is simply not worth anything.

I agree with every other review. The food is tasteless. I asked for spicy meals, and it wasn't. I barely had any vegetables. The noodles were sticking together. I had to put A LOT of sriracha sauce in order to be able to finish my meal. So, I basically paid 13$+tx for a box of tasteless noodles. Do not reccomend it.

The food is tasteless and the cook is very rude. I asked for take out and he put my food on a plate, then I asked if I can have some peanut on top and he gave me attitude! Find yourself another job if you can’t deal with costumer service!

Vege menu cook on same pot they cook fish beef pork we ask he can’t cook in different pot.what a management.

I ordered a pad Thai I said no bean sprout and it they gave me some and there wasn’t enough sauce

Worst experience. The cashier does not speak french. Barely understand english. Made a mistake in taking my order and did not want to change for what i ordered.

Never ever have your food from here staff is unhygienic 2 employees of Thai express not 1 time but 4 consecutive times that they don’t wash their hand after peeing when ever I was in the washroom I saw that. I work at the mall.

I am here now and will never come back here again until the attitude and food gets better. I love Thai express and this is my first and last time trying this location. I was bring my aunt to try it she is only visiting Canada. The lady at the front spoke to me as if I should have not been in there. Because I love Thai Express I ordered curry chicken and the lady used her glove hand that she has been using to touch everything to take put the vegetables from the prep area. Didn't say anything cause I know the food will be cooked. Any how they made the curry it smelt spoiled when we started to eat it. We tasted the chicken and found it was spoiled. I took it to the chef and he said he only spoke French before I could have a conversation with him the last at the front returns with her negative attitude to hear what I was saying and then said what is she to do. I said I would like something else she said chicken fry rice I asked if it's the same chicken she said yes so I got the shrimp fried rice. She wanted me to pay 50% of the cost I had to get my calculator and do the math with item price difference. Then the same chef who didn't speak English after putting too much Soya sauce in the rice turned with her and started to laugh after serving me. I should have reviewed this before going as we can see the reviews are all the same behavior. The owners of this location needs to do something about this as they can see with the span of a month there is over 5 complaints of inferiority in the food and lack of customer service which shows lack of value to the customer and their money. Sad truly sad.
