Thai Express Restaurant Delson

Ce commerce là ne devrait meme pas avoir pignon sur rue. Nos commandes sont toujours bourrées d’erreurs. Me semble que ce n’est pas compliqué, quand tu commandes un pad thaï aux crevettes, comment peux-tu te retrouver avec autres chose que des crevettes genre soit du poulet ou du boeuf. Et cette erreur arrive plus souvent qu’a son tour. Le gars qui prends les commandes semble toujours perdu. Et ils ont le piton « charger » tres facile. Ils sont a veille de nous charger l’air que l’on respire dans ce commerce. Pour nous c’est terminé, plus jamsis nous sllons encourager cette gang d’incompétents.

I ordered and paid in cash. Gave the cashier $25.00 and food was $23.10. I had counted $15 in $1 and $2's and two five dollar bills. I had expected him to give back $1.90 and I would put in tip jar. He gave me $0.15 cents even though he put $25 on bill exactly like I said. He took the money. I saw him change a $2 for 25 cents. If that was the case why put $25 on the bill. I had no little change on me. Anyway be careful paying cash!

DO NOT PAY CASH HERE THEY STEAL! I went for lunch today paid and they stole almost 2$ from my colleague and i.we were going to tip anyways but thats not the point. They should have given us the proper change back and then we would tip but he stole the 2$ and didnt give us proper change back and then proceed to scream that we were wrong in barely comprehensible french.oh and not to mention i noticed he had a long pinky nail. So he is probably on something.this place needs an inspection and to be closed down with how many issues it has. Plus if the guy is stealing 2$ or more from people every bill paid in cash or adding stuff to others orders they arent ordering but are paying for maybe it stealing from customers.like this needs to be looked into. Very upset and i am usually a patient person but today i was not happy at all and wanted a refund on my food but how could i get a refund on my food when he already stole money from us and could barely speak one of the 2 languages quebec is supposed to have.absolutely ridiculous.

Ended up getting terribly sick after eating here. Ended up with either food poisoning or e.coli…
The service was bad, and the cooking hygiene didn’t look the best. I will never be returning.

Bon service, rapide et c'était bon. Je trouve juste que ça manque de crevette pu boeuf etc quand on prend un pad thai.

J'ai enlevé une étoile parce que oui! Les plats sont servis dans des récipients en carton et il y a même des fourchettes en cartons mais après ohoh! À quoi ça sert? C'est un non sens. On doit mettre tout ça à la poubelle au lieu d'avoir un bac de recyclage ou même de compost.

When you order something in Uber Eats to pick up on the restaurant and they mark the food as “ready” on the app, you expect that when you arrive in the restaurant, you will really have your food ready.
I arrived there, and:
- My food was not ready, which would still be ok.
- The customers were being passed in front of me and getting their food before me. It would still be ok if they, AT LEAST, gave me some STATUS of my order. Who knows if my food takes more time to prepare? It would be still ok!
- But I got completely ignored while asking, either in French or English, about the status of the food I ordered through the app. No response FROM NO ONE.

Then, finally, suddenly, they gave me my food. All of this mess would be avoided if ANY of the employees simply informed me the status of the food. No problem on waiting more.
Their cashier is not rude, but needs some training from the management regarding basic soft skills of informing food status and not ignoring client.

It is the closest Thai Express from home, I used to go all the time with no issues, but after this bad situation, I don’t know if I would be well treated on my next visits, so I’m not coming back anymore. Last time I got so upset with a service was in 2019.

Food was good but guy with glasses very impolite at the cash when asked for spoon and fork

The good was good but the price was a bit rediculous for the portion size.
Super friendly service though.

J'ai été vraiment déçu de mon repas. On pense avoir des gros morceau de poulet et on se retrouve avec des boules de pâtes. Ce n'était vraiment pas bon.

Arrivés à 15h30 à 5 personnes, servis en moins de 10 minutes! De belles assiettes! Un chouette menu à choix pour un prix très correct. L'accueil est simple et le monsieur qui prend les commandes est efficace. Par contre, la sauce accompagnant les plats n'a pas où peu de goût. J'ai un sauté de poulet aigre doux et honnêtement, on repassera pour le côté aigre ou doux. Merci:)
