Thai Express Restaurant Lachine

Ordered for take out through their website, in advance, come in the food is not ready, and the lady is very rude telling us that we never ordered or pay, so I show her the receipt with the card I paid, my order, the time it went through, and she continues to berate us and telling us that they will not prepare since the order did not come through, at this point I’m a little shaken and tell her that the credit card got charged… and then she changes the paper on the order machine and our order came out and she started screaming telling us it’s not her fault, I liked this location but this was a rather unpleasant experience…

Very good thai express location. Dorval used to be my go to spot until it closed, since this is the closest Thai express to me I eat here once in a while. PAD SEW beef is my go to dish actually my only dish + a crispy spring roll!

Un morceau de gâteau plus que la moitié congelé à$6.50 et en plus pas plus gros qu'un très petit cup cake.

Gens très gentit et professionnel je vais la depuis que c est ouvert nourriture parfaite et savoureux je vous le recommande fortement:)

J'adore ce restaurant pour mon riz frit thai au tofu avec extra légumes️Excellent qualité prix seul ou en couple. La caissière nous dirige très bien pour faire notre choix.

We love the food for this place but one time we went and the short guy who is chef inside was very rude, yelled at us and for that we had called the cops, just want the owner to check in with the staff, all of the incident happened on 16 Jan 2023. We love the place but that guy is really degrading the restaurant.

The food and service at the restaurant has always been great which is why I keep come back. Would it be possible to have a bilingual menu? The French-only menu is inconvenient and prices are higher than expected.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude woman at the cash. Actually raised her voice at me for not giving the points card before paying when she walked away immediately after taking my order. Seems like your problem lady.

Excellent place to have some food when in a hurry. Their service is speedy, prices are reasonable, good vibes. Will visit here again

Worst thai express. Their food is just unbearable. I tried it more than once hoping that the previous was just a mistake. It got worse everytime. Rude staff too!

Hier, le masque est obligatoire au Quebec et aucun des 3 employés en portais un Pourquoi? Personnes parle français et j'imagine pas plus Anglais service à la clientèle à revoir. La prochaine fois j'appel la police.

Love food, but delivery is beyond awful. Always rude, aggressive, yelling at customers. You have a feeling they will physically attack you.what is wrong with them? Thai express - Lachine Plaza.

Je mange ici depuis 2014, toujours agréable, mais récemment une femme asiatique travaille a la caisse, impolie, docile, et arrogante. Mauvaise service a deux trois reprises. Les têtes brûlées existent un peu partout. Heureusement la chaine Thai Express ne l'appartiennent pas.
Go learn customer service if you want to deal with public. And learn to talk professionally. We don’t owe you anything.

Compared to other Thai Express I've been to that had flavorful food, this one (Lachine branch) is an absolute disaster. 1 star rating is still too much to give. Total F for FAILURE.
I ordered peanut butter dumplings and a chicken Pad Thai. Both had 0 taste, that is if that was "flavor". Actually I don't know or able to describe the taste other than YUCK. They both tasted the same that it wasn't edible what so ever. Wasted $16.00+ that went into the garbage.

I always come by getting some food in here. I enjoy the fast service and well prepared food. Keep it up.

Can I give a 3.5? Cuz that's what it deserve. Better then average and definitely one of the top fast food but its that. Fast food

Impossible de se faire servir un plat végétalien sans erreur dans la commande. Pour eux un plat végétalien = on change le tofu que j'ai commandé pour des légumes. Être végétalien ne veut pas dire qu'on ne mange pas de protéines.

Food is good and all but they have horrible customer service. My friend’s debit didn’t work so I payed the most I could my my card and the rest in coins and one of the employees felt the need to be very rude about it by shaking her head and saying that we weren’t making her day. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

Super clean, great food, great service. One of the nicest Thai Express restaurants I've ever been to!

MEAN delivery guy who I couldn't forgot for long time and after whom I'm not going to order ever again from them. I used to be a regular customer. My order was usually above 40$.
I always tip when order delivery (not less than 2.50-3$) it might be not much but the cost of the food itself is high especially after taxes. So as I think this guy was not happy with the tips he was getting.my last order he didn't say hello or how are you. He actually didn't talk at all. He gave me a very negative attitude. He literally looked at me like at garbage. After I was done with paying (I still give him 3$ tip) and gave him bankmachine back I said have a good day. HE STILL DIDNT ANSWER! I felt like I was humiliated. He made me feel sick of everything. I didn't want to eat anymore tahts for sure. I have my food to a roommate cause I just couldn't stop thinking about this Asian delivery guy who reminded me who people really are.

Nourriture très bonne mais terriblement déçu de manger sur place dans des bols et ustensiles en plastique jetable. Pour ça j'y retourne plus, quand je mange sur place j'aime de la vrai vaisselle.

La nourriture est toujours bonne, mais ils ont rient de moi dans leur langue la dernière fois. J’ai pas trop apprécié, mais sinon c’est très bien!
