Thai Express Restaurant Laval

The guy who wears a mask made my food and I got food poisoning last week after eating the general Thai.
Please don't let the staff who are sick make our food.
I couldn't work for 48h.
Never happened to me.
Terrible times.

Very horrible customer service you ask for something for take out you get home and find out they did the opposite they stare down at you for a tip yet you never get good service. I need a full refund for my meals

Bonjour! J’ai commandé sur place le 9 septembre 2023 vers 17h un plat de Pad Thaï au poulet.
En arrivant à la maison je constate qu’il y a des nouilles de vermicelles et des fèves germées avec du tofu? Et quelques morceaux de poulet. Aucun légumes.
Vraiment déçu pour prix c’était la 1er fois a cet endroit et la dernière fois.
Ce n’était pas le Pad Thaï auquel je suis habituée.

I ordered a Thai soup and spring roll on Uber on March 21, the beef was soggy and way over cooked, 80% noodles not much of any other veggies. The broth had leaked all over in the bag and on the spring roll that was in a paper bag. I didn’t touch any of the food and it all went in the garbage. Wrote to them on Uber and sent a picture. No refund no message. Never again… whoever is taking care of cooking ur meat and making the plates isn’t doing a good job. I use to love Thai express it’s ruined for me now.

Bought there because my daughter wanted to eat their food. It's way too expensive, though.
Used the toilet, it wasnt clean.

Worst place of Thaï EVER! They are so mean to me every time I went there. But trust me it would be the last. Very disappointed.

Food is okay, regular thai express.
But this location has some worst employees. Worst customer service compared to other Thai branches in Laval.
We had the worst experience today. Employees shouting at us because one of us wanted to use the washroom, said it was for customers only, but we were just about to order. They did not even say their sorry. It was humiliating, people staring at us. I would not recommend to eat here if u want to feel that customer respect.

I rarely take the time to write a comment but man this is something else.
I got 2 pad thai, one boeuf extra general tao and another one crevettes, and I paid extra to get the black bowl instead of the small paper box.
The bowl was HALF EMPTY no exaggerations, so I asked the guy why is it like that, he said: you paid for the plastic, not the food. So I emptied the box in the bowl.
Are you kidding me? I always order from thai express and pay for extra to the bowl to get it filled to the top. He charged me another extra for noodles. I’m not complaining about a 1.84$ extra, but this is RIDICULOUS. Forgot to say that their general tao couldn’t even be chewed by my dog.
I recommend driving the extra mile to get your food from Thai Express St Martin.
Plus, for the love of God, 3 employees, not a single one speaks French or English or even Spanish/Arabic (lol). How are you supposed to communicate and exchange with these guys? !? !

This is the best location for Thai Express, they make it flavourful, tasty, and fast!
Best fried rice!

They cook the food in front of you, it tastes amazing and it's really fast service. Seating is modern and they have comfortable couch benches.

I had ordered Pad Thai and was told it would come within 15-20 min since it’s so close to me after 45 min of waiting I called again to ask and make sure I didn’t make a mistake with the address-nope it was fine so I continued to wait. After ANOTHER 30 min it still didn’t come so I called to cancel the order. When the delivery man finally came to the door he was angry at me and said I had not choice and I needed to pay him, as if.in that time I ordered from somewhere else and got the food.what service

Been coming here for many years. The guys/cooks are nice. When I told them that they forgot the dumplings& peanut sauce one time, they gave it to me free the next time. Once my card didn't work and they let me come back later to pay. Have seldom had a bad meal here. The Tom Yum soup is good and the #6 shrimp/basilic is what I like. The currys plates can be a bit too spicy. In general a relaxing, pleasant place to sit and eat.
