Thai Express Restaurant Montréal

My wife and I were staying overnight near Complex Desjardins on a Monday evening and were too tired to search for a place to eat.big mistake! The staff were not very friendly and the menu was confusing. My wife ordered a pad thai dish with iced tea, served on a paper plate. The quality and portion size were very disappointing.and way over priced at $19! Never again will we eat at this place.

7: 14. Rude cashier I was asking about a drink and he’s rushing me to finish up so he could go speak to his people. The food is absolutely disgusting I don’t understand how this they in business. It’s disgusting. If you not gon make the food good at least have good customer service to help balance it but noo

So be warned, if you don’t finish your plate they charge you for a box! Tried talking to the two guys working tonight Sept. 30,2023. Told them that it’s ridiculous to charge for a box that would have been free if I asked for take out! They were ignorant and called me à raciest! Really? What kind of customer service is that? Please help me in boycotting this! There are millions of people starving in the world and you want me to buy a box which you would have given me if I did a take out or throw away my food!

Average Thai restaurant, fast food more like Chinese than Thai. Was not impressed with Thai express.

I genuinely would give it a zero in everything. Shrimp pad thai was horrendous. It reeked of tomato sauce, overly sweet, noodles were still raw, portion was childishly small, murdered with oil, bland, none of that signature tamarind flavor, and the sauce was barely holding together. I genuinely hoped that this problem with consistency was only in the West Island, but I am beyond wrong. If there was anything good to take away from this, it's that the shrimp was cooked and that the drinks were cold.

I feel bad for meeting the most unfriendly staff during my trip to Canada. Basic greeting manners are not good, chopsticks are not given when ordering rice noodles, and the atmosphere is to take it yourself.
It would have been nice if I had seen the ratings beforehand.

Awful. The attendant is the worst I've ever seen in my life. He spoke to us and treated what seemed like a joke. We were so shocked that we didn't react and kept ordering the food. Fatal.
And the food is very average too.

One of the poorest quality of food I have ever tried in a Thai Express. The staff is extremely impolite and rude and not helpful at all. I would give zero if I could.

The worse thai food I ever had.and the lady was rude when I told her the rice is cold and there is eny sauce of green curry.really nuthing. I eat thai often.never like this I bring back all food they not refund me nuthing.i try speak whit manager never there

Prices are slightly expensive compared to food quality and taste. Not bad though. Hopefully would try again.

Vraiment très cher pour de la mauvaise qualité! Je suis venu aujourd’hui vers 15h30! Petite assiette et le général thaï était sans goût! Le poulet n’est pas frais! La vendeuse au comptoir discutait et rigolait avec un ami pendant que je prenais commande! Aucun respect! Je regrette! On mange bien mieux et moins cher dans les restaurants du Chinatown pas très loin.

J’ai commandé un général thaï aujourd’hui et le poulet étais vrai dégueulasse soit qu’il était pas frais ou il avait cuit deux fois, il n’avait pas la même couleur que dans plusieurs autres thaï express que j’ai déjà mangé. Sans parler d’un rouleau de printemps que j’ai pris en extra qui goûtait que la vieille huile, bref première et et dernière fois que je vais à cette concession du complexe Desjardins.
