Pad thai tasted super sour and chicken like it’s been sitting in the fridge for months. Avoid this place

21 $ pour 3 boules de général thai molasses, pas de sauce ou presque plus un breuvage. Le 3/4 de mon plat était du riz blanc. Assez ordinaire et déçue. Qu'est-ce qui s'est passé? J'aimais ce thai express.

I picked up an order and my dumpling had no sauce at all they were dry, my Thai soup had so little broth and just an insane amount of also dry noodles and a few carrots, the chicken was blend. Most awful Thai express experience I’ve had in my entire life, no other Thai express serve bad food like that, reread the recipes weekly thanks.

What is this? Seriously? My dog can cook better than this. Rice noodle is super dry, and very salty, its like chewing a cardboard. I have never tasted something worse than this, save yourself and avoid this place.

I found a dead cockroach, a dead silverfish, 3 dead fruit flies and 1 and 1/2 dead ants in my chicken pad thai. The only meat I asked for was chicken and that was lacking but at least I got such variety of proteins.

I usually LOVE thai express but decided to order delivery from this location tonight. Ordered Pad Sew Ew (EW!), general Thai pineapple and pad Thai. All tasted disgusting, like I would get sick if I took more than one bite. I literally had to double check If it was actually the usual Thai Express chain I ordered from or if I accidentally ordered from some ghost kitchen pretending to be Thai Express. I had to throw it all out which is a shame but felt like I had no other choice. Not sure what they do differently here but it is definitely not it!

Worst pad thai I ate ever. Thai express's Pad Thai is my favorite whenever I go but this place I tried 2x NO FLAVOR NO OIL DRY AND NO SPICY EVEN WHEN WE ASK EXTRA SPICY!

Food was raw and overly salty. The fish fillets and tofu smelled bad. This branch is horrible. Don’t try it unless you wanna get sick.

Idk what the nerds are complaining about. Just get the extra spicy and the takeout bowl, it’s pretty good.

They asked to confirm what my order was (1 pad see ew 1 pad Thai) 5 times while I was standing by the counter, and they still got it wrong

There was a dead cockroach in my tom yum soup. I don't expect much cuz it's Thai express but basic sanitary standards should be met even for a chain restaurant. I highly don't recommend this location.

Riz frit crevette (3 crevettes à l'intérieur du bol), en outre le mélange goûte le gâté.

Ma pire expérience, je commande du riz épicé via Uber Eats (qui ne peut pas me rembourser) et j’ai bien ajouter l’option “NON BASILIC” Mais au final on m’ajoute du basilic. Je contact le service client du restaurant, leur faire part de leur erreur de commande en mentionnant que je suis allergique, la moindre des choses est de trouver UNE SOLUTION. Le service client me réponds comme quoi on ne peut ni me rembourser et ni m’envoyer une autre commande car c’est uber Eats qui s’en occupe, pas eux. Très drôle! Donc ils s’en foutent que les clients reçoivent une mauvaise commande?
Sur ce je n’en dit pas plus et je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.

Almost flavourless. Remarkably inconsistent compared to every other Thai Express I’ve ever been to. This is not what steamed peanut dumplings should look like.

Aucun service en français…même les toilettes sont indiquées en anglais!

Worst customer experience ever. 40 min wait time for some general Tao chicken. Cook can’t cook to save his life. Plate was dry as hell with little to no sauce. Barely any vegetables. Chicken tasted like it just had been taken out of the freezer. Extremely disappointed. I will go out of my way to encourage people never to visit this location and Thai Express as a whole. I wish COVID would of wiped them out to let other smaller Asian restaurants thrive. Access to capital does not equal good food. Thai Express sucks!
