Thai Express Restaurant Montréal

Don't know how they managed to rid the Pad Thai of any and all flavor, but they did it. So unbelievably bland, and not even an ounce of spice even though I ordered spicy. Truly abysmal.

The workers were rude and food was horribly prepared. The rice came out like pudding. Avoid going here at all costs!

The general thai chicken was hard and dry with barely any sauce or flavour. My girlfriend asked for no peppers and ended up getting even more than I did, on top of that they were undercooked. The service was bare minimum and cold. Worst thai express in Montreal so far.

The front service no one word to say. I said hello, no answer, I ordered no answer.
When I after pay he go back play his cell phone.

Good place to eat, the food is rich and varied, it really is express because it doesn't take long to deliver.good service.

Order tasted really bad. Don’t order there. They clearly cooked my chicken in old disgusting oil. Waste of money.

Worst Thai Express in Mtl. First time this happens to me. Thai Express should consider reviewing this Franchise.

J'ai testé le curry vert, aucune saveur, le riz n'était pas bon et le bœuf n'en parlons pas. Première et dernière fois chez Thai express, le prix n'était pas du tout en rapport avec la qualité.

Terrible pad thai. I asked for extra spicy pad thai and they didnt put a drop of spice. Ill never order from here again. Awful experience

Je viens de manger un pad thaï légumes à emporter et j'ai hyper mal à l'estomac. Mon copain a pris un pad thaï crevettes et il a également mal au ventre. 1 étoile car je ne peux pas mettre 0.

Les nouilles étaient blanches.pratiquement AUCUNE sauce dedans. Je demande avec boeuf, pour me retrouver avec seulement 2 morceaux de boeuf! On demande spicy, rien, nada!

Jamais été autant énervée de manger un repas chez Thai express

I liked my experience, Tom Yum soup was good. They served me exactly as I asked: no carrots, no tomatoes & less noodles. They even added other veggies instead with no extra charge. It was delicious.

I don't recommend this one. Ordered a Pad Sew today but taste like some kind of peanut sauce by chance I had no allergy. Let us know if you change recipe. Not worth it for 18$ a meal.

Thai Express is my favorite fast food! I always order gluten free sauce with mine. Happy to have this option

The worker behind thr counter who was doing the cash and order was so mean.shame on him he told my husband to give a tip.

I got Ubereats from here; saw a 4.5 rating with over 500 reviews so I supposed things couldn't go wrong. Oh how wrong I was!

The Pad Thai had no vegetables except one little bit of spring onion. The noodles were so overcooked I feel they just have a pot boiling all the time. The good news is I didn't find any rocks or sand, like some reviews have pointed out.

Also got a fried rice which was okay. Note to self: always Google the restaurant before ordering on Ubereats.

C'est la sauce qui fait tout, du poulet grossièrement découpé, des nouilles ébouillantées express.
J'ai demandé pour du wifi, le 1er garçon m'a donné un mauvais code et le 2nd a fini par me donner le bon.
On a l'impression qu'on dérange, même pas un regard, même pas un merci au-revoir en partant. Mieux vaut pas être touriste chez Thai Express Rue St-Denis: (

J’ai commandé un pad thai bœuf pour finalement recevoir du poulet, personnel désagréable, pressé de servir alors qu’il n’y avait pas de queue, service express c’est le cas de le dire mais non sans erreur! Néanmoins ce n’était pas mauvais, cependant nous n’y retournerons pas, mauvaise expérience, sûrement une bonne chaîne de fast-food mais le personnel ici est à changer.

J’ai commandé des nouilles sautées, j’ai payé le supplément, la dame de la caisse s’est trompée et les cuisiniers m’ont fais du riz sauté. Je leur ai demandé de me faire ce que j’avais commandé, le cuisinier m’a dit qu’il avait déjà fais du riz et que c’était du gâchis. Il a été impoli et agressif. Je voulais des nouilles j’ai payé pour, ça à été leur erreur et il ne voulait pas me changer mon plat. J’ai bataillé pendant 20 min pour avoir ce que j’ai commandé et payé. Il m’a limite insulté d’ingrate car je ne voulais pas manger de riz. Les commandes sont faites à l’arrache, le personnel est très mauvais. A fuir si vous ne voulez pas une intoxication alimentation.
