Thai Express Restaurant Vaudreuil-Dorion

Manque de constance dans les heures d’ouverture, nous avons arrêté d’y aller. La porte étant toujours fermée même un samedi midi.

Terrible service, the restaurant seems close to be out of business. The cashier barely spoke English/French, the other employees could not even communicatte or attend instructions.
The food portions seems out of the child's menú. The restaurant is poorly maintained and the restrooms, just to nasty to show the picture out here. Never coming back.

Several visits and wrong order every time. The cauliflower thai mango doesn't exist. Very clearly asked in both languages to keep onions out but both orders had them. Don't ask for anything out of the ordinary.

Cashier never offered fountain drinks and insisted we get bottled drinks (obviously more expensive). We also paid extra for extra chicken and instead got a bit of both. Very disappointing, never coming back here

The people that work here don't pay attention. We ordered to eat in and they packed it to go. We ordered spicey with the rice mixed in. We got no spice and the rice not mixed in. They are not pleasant people.

I’ve ordered multiple times from this location through Uber eats and every single order was wrong. Then when requesting a refund for an item I never received Uber said this restaurant is illegible for refunds. Meanwhile on the bill the employee wrote they did not have the item and to request a refund. When talking to the store I was also given a hard time and told I could only go there and get the refund. I will never be ordering from this Thai express again. Worst food and customer service I have ever received.

Due to short staffing they close on weekends now. The 0rders, always a mistake. So keep a watchful eye on them when you order.

Nourriture correcte, sans plus. Le pad thaï manque de sauce, la soupe thaï goûte rien. Le service est très ordinaire. Un peu de difficulté à comprendre le français.

I do not recommend. I Ubered something and didn't receive it, they did not answer the phone when I called them multiple times, i had to drive all the way there for them to tell me they were out of what I ordered yet I was charged for it.

Très déçue de mon expérience de se soir. Nous avons fait 30 minutes de route pour nous rendre au restaurant. Lorsque nous sommes revenue à la maison avec nos repas, nous n'avions pas ce que nous avions commandé. C'est très décevant de faire toute cette route pour un ''craving'' et ne pas être capable de manger. Très déçue!

Just ordered through door dash and I can honestly say I don't think I been this disappointed when opening a takeout box in my life. I ordered the curry and what I received was a box of steamed rice with 5 peppers and probably the same number of overcooked meat. Any restaurant regardless of conditions should be ashamed to serve this and charge for it. I put in a Tupperware container to serve to the resident outdoor animals tomorrow.i could go on but Thai Express Vaudreuil doesn't deserve anymore of my time.

On another note the door dash driver was extremely polite and even provided updates as there were delays.

Généralement cette chaîne de restaurants est très bonne mais malheureusement elle compte parmi ses rangs ce restaurant qui semble toujours désorganisé. L’attitude des gens qui y travaillent n’est pas des plus sympathique.

L’employée derrière le comptoir passe plus de temps à essayer de démêler les factures/commandes qu’à se rendre utile.

Le temps d’attente en période de pointe peut facilement être de 30 minutes.

Thai Express not so express during COVID-19. They took my order as soon as I walked in the door, but I waited 40 minutes for it to be ready. Despite the fact there were 2 cooks, and 2 staff. I recommend you place your order online before presenting yourself.

If you just walk in for take out and see a long line of people waiting for their order, and little to no one waiting to place an order, just walk out cause it will take a long time before you get to eat.

Fermé? Délocalisé? Je ne l'ai pas retrouvé lors de ma dernière visite. Il semble avoir fait place au "Zibo". Dommage le Thai Express était très bien.

Terrible attitude…so rude! I asked if they do uber eats at this location & he raised his voice at me.

Ils m'ont chargé un verre d'eau. Je me suis obstiné, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Méchante farce, encouragez pas des gens comme ça et allez ailleurs!

Depuis quelques mois, les Pad See-Ew ne goûtent pas comme avant. Il y a quelques semaines, on aurait dit qu'ils s'étaient trompés de sauce (pas le même goût habituel). Dans les deux que mon conjoint et moi avons pris aujourd'hui, il n'y avait AUCUNE sauce soya qui donne tout le goût à ce plat. La recette a-t-elle changée? Très décevant!

Incredibly as much as i like Thai express, this visit in November 2018 was one to hate, not sure if it was too many deer in the headlights (new staff) overwhelmed by being busy but getting a 3/4 full carton to take out was never any of the other T. E.ever offered me. Sadly they really turned me off and away from the franchise. I see they have relocated since this time and maybe the front door will be easier to open unlike their previous location, not sure when and if i may try again

Cute, went one of the first days it open was really busy then I went when it wasn’t busy. Food was great and staff was very nice.

Après avoir acheté 2 combos, on me charge pour un verre d'eau. Ridicule. Je n'y retournerai plus.

Unfortunately there is no 0 star options because this store doesn't deserve any.

I'm taking the time to write this because:

a) This is not the first time I've been disappointed by this store
b) There were too many things wrong about my interaction and the service
c) Dishonesty

b) The store was out of fish, out of napkins, out of cups for the condiments, peanuts and limes
c) I clearly ordered spicy pad see-ew for takeout as apparent on my receipt which I have kept but was given pad thai instead, I also have pictures to show this with date stamps. I understand that mistakes are sometimes made, we're all human after all, and I could see that the chef noticed that he made a mistake after he hesitated to give me the food.

The cashier immediately intervened and gave me the packaged food. I didn't quite understand what happened but knew something was wrong, and from my past experience, this store never makes the food spicy as I request it so my assumption was that it wasn't, hence I asked whether it was spicy, to which the cashier responded yes, and again rushed me into taking the food.

When I got back home, the food given to me was pad thai rather than Pad Sew. After having the first bite, the taste also confirmed that it wasn't spicy at all.

What I'm furious about is the sheer dishonesty of this store; I will never step into this store again and will go out of my way to ensure that people are aware of this, unless the owners are made aware of their malpractices.

This is completely unacceptable and employees who are dishonest should not have a place in this store. I know this is not a franchise wide pandemic since I've had great food at other locations.

Vraiement pourri! Le pire Thai Express que connaisse. Aucun standard par rapport aux autres restaurants de la chaine. Je n'y retournerai plus.

De moins en moins bon. Le service reste rapide mais la qualité n'y est plus. Les heures d'ouverture sont nulles alors que c'est un lieu populaire. Dommage!

Le Pad Thai au Poulet est a tomber par terre dommage que les verres d’eau soit payant.mais il parait que c’est pour l’écologie.

Very disappointed, very bad attitude, especially the Chinese girl. She is awful. Won’t go there any more. As a Chinese, discriminated other Chinese.

This place never gets the dish right. Ingredients are always missing. Tonight my chicken pad Thai had no radish, no tofu, no green onions and no egg. The beef Pad Thai was the same. Really disappointing.

Run of the mill noodles n salt. Makes good munchies when your stoned but otherwise not a big fan (been there before and after location switch)

If you are looking for a good Thai Express this one is pretty good. The place just got renovated, they serve your food in actual dishes and not plastic bowls like other Thai Express. It has nice decoration, but the place can fill up pretty quickly at lunch time. The only thing I dont like about the plates is that you cannot see if they put more food or not. I usually order my dishes with extra protein, and usually when you do that, they serve your dish in a big plastic bowl instead of a styrofoam plate. Since here they only ever give you a dish, I've had a hard time seeing if I really have extra protein and many times I feel like it was forgotten and I just paid extra. But that could be my perception. Overall, its a good Thai Express. I've had bad Thai Express, but not here.

Menu intéressant pour restauration rapide.

1- Nous n'avons pas reçu ce que nous avions commandé. 2- Ça a prit un temps fouuuu avant d'avoir notre repas. 3- La machine débit ne fonctionnait pas. 4- La fontaine à boissons gazeuses ne fonctionnait pas non plus. 5- La personne qui nous servait ne semblait pas bien maîtriser ni le français, ni l'anglais. Le repas était bon, mais l'expérience très moyenne.

The new location is way better than the old one! It is my place to go when I’m in Vaudreuil because service is quick, the food is great and the portions are generous.
