Hello,

I went in to your store in Cherry Hill NJ yesterday to return a pair of defective shoes. I was told I could not get my money back. Only an exchange.

My son got these on 12/10/23 for his new job. He started this job on Monday 12/11/23. The next day (Tuesday) while putting on the shoes the loop came apart. He had to wear them. He then had to go to another store to get another pair of shoes for work. We would like the money back, because he can’t afford both of these shoes. A gift card does not help him.
Your store manager, with attitude, told me you shouldn’t use the loop to put on the shoes. I was flabbergasted by this comment, because that is exactly what they are for.
I called customer service while in the parking lot and spent almost an hour of my time. Sent photos of the shoes and the receipt. All the young lady (who was very nice) could do for me is a gift card and to keep the shoes. I explained that that does not help. For there is nothing else in the store that we are interested in.
I do think you would want the shoes back to see that it is defective.
Kindly let me know if there is a possibility of a refund.

They have sent my 130$ worth order to a different address and I’m having trouble contacting them or the courier

It does not seem that your company believes in customer service. I had an online order for a parcel I never received and it was returned back while showing “in transit” on Fedex. Customer service kept telling the address on my order was right where I have emails proving that the address was complete and correct. At the end when I said I need to talk to a manager to file a complaint, she decided to hang up on me.

I needed the shoes for my wedding and now they’re telling me wait 10-15 days for a refund and IF the shoe is still available by then place a new order. I also have to pay out of pocket for express delivery.

In one word; horrible customer service. I regret making that purchase and won’t purchase again.
