Save you’re money and buy a jacket from a different company. I bought a Saint Sauver jacket from them less than a year ago. It fit great and looked nice unfortunately there was a tear in the fur inside the hood of the jacket a few months into wearing it looks like it was poor craftsmanship. I emailed them multiple times and they still have not gotten back to me about the warranty in months, called them multiple times non of their phone numbers work.nice job! Looks like I’m not the only one who’s had this issue so they clearly have a non existent warranty. Terrible customer service and business practice, shame would have wrote a good review if they actually upheld their warranty. Stick with Mackage, Canada Goose etc.

I would like to say thank you to the customer care Department and as well as all staff and specially Mr.moez who has been an amazing help and working closely with me getting a wonderful winter parka. I 100% recommend Arctic North products and their customer service they help me in every way possible in replacing a jacket that was damaged due to my own doing and I'm thankful for the wonderful way they treated me if you want good customer service, if you want an amazing customer experience and an amazing product then you should buy yourself an Arctic North.

I really want to thank Mr. Moses who did an excellent job fixing my Winter Jacket. I brought my coat on Monday and he did a remarkable job fixing the zipper within 2 days! I recommend Arctic North products and especially their customer service for their good job and their care in helping their customers. Good job Arctic North!

Purchased the florence premium jacket and the fur is coming apart. Not worth purchasing their products. Fur shouldn't be coming out, its not " premium " as advertised. I got the the piece of hood replaced but that didnt change anything the fur still falls out.

Très bon service après vente. J'avais un problème avec ma fermeture éclair et j'ai appelé la compagnie. J'ai parlé à Moses et il m'a demandé de me présenter sur place. Ils ont réglé mon problème en moins d'une heure un 24 décembre! La couture qu'ils m'ont fait sur mon manteau est impeccable. Wow! Maintenant, je peux le porter sans problème et je suis très satisfaite. Je recommande fortement cette marque fait au Canada en plus!

I had bought this jacket a little while ago and had issues with the fur. I called Arctic North and spoke with Moses. He was incredible through out the process. He helped me in choosing a new fur hood that would look good with the colour of my jacket. He was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable with him. We have already spoken about getting another jacket.

Très belle sélection. J'ai un petit problème avec mon monteau acheté en décembre passé. Il y a eu petit malentendu au début. Mais heuresement M. Moez m'a aidé avec le manteau. Après avoir analyser avec lui le problème que j'avais avec le manteau. Ce n'était pas couvert par la garantie. Il n'était pas obligé de m'aider. Mais j'ai vraiment aimé que lui et son équipe on pensé à me laisser différentes options pour régler le problème. De plus, ils sont très honnête en ce qui concerne la qualité et les prix. Au lieu de dépenser presque le double chez d'autres marque définitivement acheté chez artic north! Vous allez pas regreter!

Great jacket! I believe it's warmer than some of the more expensive brands and a lot more fur which makes the hoodie more comfy as well.

Jacket's a little on the heavy side if you compare it to some more modern material jackets.

One of their selling points was a lifetime warranty. I got it when they had just started years ago. This was one of their selling points to convince me to buy theirs instead of a CG or Mak.

When I actually did need a repair though, they didn't follow through. It wasn't even a big repair. Just a little piece which was disappointing.

If you need a real jacket to survive the winter in Canada, you gotta get Arctic North. Great selection and huge inventory.
