Order arrived earlier than the estimated date. Pickup process was smooth and easy at the warehouse.

I came almost during closing hours, 10min before closing l. They accepted my request to collect my article. But, I had to wait 25min to collect it. Hopefully next time it can be quick.

Les employés de la livraison sont vraiment chaleureux et ils m’ont aider a entrer mes commandes dans le véhicule pour les deux fois que j’y ai été. Le premier qui m’avait servit au téléphone pour m’aviser que ma commande était prête mais même aider a trouver une initiative car j’avais pas un assez gros véhicule! Très patient mais j’ai oublié son nom! 5 étoiles

Everything was done on time, clearly and silently for the neighbours; neat and with high quality.

Had to wait quite a bit of time and other ppl came before me and got their stuff before me. Didn't feel that very fair. No one came to the garage door to ensure me that my item would be here shortly. That would've been nice. But when my item finally arrived for pick up, Dre was awesome and super friendly. He packed my item into my truck professionally and he packed it up where it didn't ruin the furniture.

I wish there was someone to come to the door and tell me how long it would've taken. Instead of waiting without knowing. It was a long time
waiting.

But in the end, my items were safely in my truck.

I just have see if my items are well in tact when I am able to open it. One of my boxes were retaped on one end but I'm sure it will be OK once I open it.

Great experience. Bought a desk at the Mississauga location and came to pick it up at the Distribution Center 10 min away. They are super organized and have a great customer service.
