Suite a eu diagnostic d'un tumeur Plutôt rare j'ai été referer a Dr. Tweefik, j'ai tout de suite été prise en charge et operer rapidement, j'ai toujours eu une bonne acceuil a cette clinique, j'ai eu beaucoup de chance de tomber sur cet homme incroyablement devouer pour son métier, j'ai depuis encore un bon suivie Dr. Tweefik je ne remercierai jamais asser merci fois milles!

Called the clinic to make an appointment but the earliest one they could offer me is in January. We're now in July.

I want to complain about the reception. There is an old woman who is not respected and she is racist. She is arrogant and talks to you as if she is your boss. She must respect people and not be racist. Please dismiss her or warn her I hate this clinic and this is the first time I have been treated this way They are really rude and racist It is supposed to be an animal clinic

Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours for your 5 minute appointment. The patient ahead of me waited 3 hours for his. Every single time.

J'ai pu être suivi avec Dre Véronique-Isabelle Forest. Dès la première fois qu'on l'a voit on rentre facilement en confiance avec elle. Elle prend le temps d'écouter nos besois et elle prends le temps d'expliquer en détaille toutes les procédures à suivre pour qu'on aille bien. J'ai du faire 2 biopsies et elle a été très délicate. Aussi, se fût elle qui m'a opéré et mon opération a été un succès, je me suis vite recupéré.
Maintenant, je suis suivi par Dre Neaga. Super à l'écoute de ces patients, facile de rejoindre pour toute question. Et possible d'avoir des rendez-vous téléphonique pour faire le suivi de traitement.

I have been a patient of the ENT Speciality Group for a few years, and have seen both Dr. Chan & Dr. Schwartz. They are both incredible, caring & patient doctors. A special thanks to the office manager, Ella, for her compassion and always going above & beyond to help.

I have been going to this clinic for 5 years. I am a patient of Dr. Payne & have also had a surgery with Dr. Forest. They are an incredible team!
I am followed regularly with Dr. Tamilia and he's also great. I have yet to find any other doctor that cares as much as them. Truly dedicated medical professionals that know what they're doing and actually have empathy.

The staff is incredible and are always quick to help out. Ella & Melissa are the friendliest receptionists you can ever ask for. My voicemails are always returned and Dr's even call me directly whenever its necessary.

I think most people complaining are not from Quebec/Canada and are upset by the fees or are entitled people who are rude to the staff to begin with. Be nice and respectful to the people that work here and you will receive exceptional service in return!

I can agree that fees are a bit high but then again it's because we have medicare that we don't know the true cost of medical tests. This clinic is a private clinic with exceptional doctors at the top of their fields. That warrants the expense.

I called yesterday at 3.45 just fifteen minutes before the end of the receptionist long day and week to make an appt with DrKairy. I did not get her name. But she went over and beyond answering my few questions with compassion and kindness and caring. I think you know who you are Thank u for being you.

Awful experience. I had have had chronic issues with my ear and as new to Quebec and Canada, ended up going to ENT speciality group. I booked an appointment and their earliest available date was in 4 months! I patiently waited and I ended up having to pay 500 CAD out of pocket, as a student despite not having this kind of money. After I asked my insurance for reimbursement they said 200 out of 500 dollars will not be considered for reimbursement since it is for "filing fees". When I went back to the clinic to see if there is anything they can do to put all of 500 CAD as the same line item so that my insurance would pay me back, they barely let me speak over the phone and said multiple times in a loud tone that essentially, "I had been made aware about the fees prior to coming to the clinic" so, what is my problem. Its very disappointing that they would treat me this way, given that I have ALREADY paid them the fee, and all I was asking for was to be listened to, and if the WAY that the fee was billed could be reconsidered. Horrible!

To follow up on my previous comment.following my negative review, i was contacted by the secretary, who seemed to be compassionate and was given an appointment in a few days.very glad finally to see the doctor and receive the professional help.it's nice of them to follow on the reviews and try to remidate.

Amazing clinic with great doctors. Special shout out to Dr Rappaport for his excellent care for his patients. I highly recommend this clinic for your ENT needs. ***very LGBTQ+ friendly

Staff and the Doctor were friendly. Didn't have to wait long for my appointment. No complaints.

J'ai pris RDV via le site web de la clinique ent specialty group avec Dr. Joseph S. Shwartz (ORL). On m'a offert un rendez-vous très rapidement et j'en suis très reconnaissante. La journée de mon rendez-vous, la réceptionniste était efficace, le personnel accueillant et que dire de ma consultation. Le Dr. Shwartz était a l'écoute, présent, il posait beaucoup de questions et donnait des explications claires. Contrairement à bien d'autres visites chez certains médecins, je sentais qu'on a pris le temps de m'écouter.j'apprécie et je recommande fortement!

Honestly, the best service I have had in the medical field.

Secretaries always pick up their phones, they always go above and beyond to help their patients. The nurses, and doctors are very welcoming as well.

I have to say, if every medical office had such kind people who love their job. Half of our medical work flow would be about more simple and easier for all patients.

I've never felt so thoroughly and patiently listened to as i did with Dr Schwartz and Dr Forest today. Thank you

Pathetic experience I had with Dr Hier, without understanding just looking at the referral he asked me to come back when I am choking or in 2 years.
I would have given a minus rating if there was one.

I visited this clinic on April 15,2021. Either I was fortunate enough to be there on a day that the bad receptionist wasn't there, or she is no longer working there. I was greeted very professionally and had no problems at all with the reception. I had an appointment with Dr. Lamiae Himdi, and she is great. She has a perfect equilibrium of professionalism and compassion, she is systematic and thorough, and she was very reassuring. I highly recommend her.

After making an appointment on Tuesday, I was seen within 48 hours.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was very professional in checking me in, and updating my file. - No wait
Within a few minutes I was shown into an examining room. Dr. Schwartz appeared within a couple of minutes and examined my ear problem, and provided a remedy.

It was suggested that I return for a subsequent follow up, which was booked immediately by the support staff

This was a very pleasant experience, handled expeditiously by the support staff, and I received great professional attention.

The heartless customer service behind the counter is hard to believe. If you want to be treated less than human, that's the place to go. I've had 2 visits there, just as dissapointing. Please love yourself enough to seek elsewhere.
I would suggest IMSL clinic, or Glen Hospital. Anywhere else. You can even call various places and get different apt just to make sure you find the right one. ALSO email your doctor referral, bcz they keep it, and you wont be able to use it anywhere else.

Several visits over the last months. Employees are very respectul and helpful. They replay to emails very fast and work hard to meet your needs.

I have seen Dr. Payne at ENT for several years, and have always been extremely impressed by him personally, but also by everyone I have interacted with there. The atmosphere has always been one of really caring for the client/patient, taking the time to listen and explain, a culture that I have seen in all of the staff. Dr Payne is a really upbeat good person who is extremely knowledgeable, yet very approachable. He is also only one of two doctors I have known, who has ever taken the time personally to phone me with results, a testament to the level of personal care I have received at ENT.
