The store is clean, the staff is friendly and professional and Issam went out of his way to provide me with all the information I needed in English. This was greatly appreciated.

Pricing is reasonable. A lot of products to choose from with ample parking space.
I was lost in the amount of product options that I had to ask for help. The first person I talked to was new, so he called in for someone with more experience to assist me, and it felt like that person was passionate about helping others - gave me all the details, recommendations, and tips & tricks.

Ça fait presque sept ans que je fréquente ce Home Dépôt d'Ahunstic-Cartierville. Franchement, j'adore le service à la clientèle. La qualité du personnel est largement au-dessus de la moyenne pour ce genre de magasin. Les produits qu'on y trouve sont très satisfaisants à des prix ultra-compétitifs. Bref, vraiment un magasin bien géré! J'ai déménagé à Laval cette année, et j'y retourne quand même.

Excellent service at this branch in Montreal. Ordered online Delivery was on time and driver was experienced and careful with palettes unloading and placing. This is now my branch for shopping.

I ordered a washer and a pedestal with a scheduled home delivery. The day before the delivery date the store contacted me back saying that the delivery may be a couple of days late. However, 10 days latter, it's still not delivered and worst of all, ZERO communication from Home Depot. I came to the store and also called them, after wasting my time on the phone, nobody can tell me any update regarding the order. Out of frustration, I filed a complaint, and guess what, no update again!
Horrible customer service!

1. I followed the link below from the owner which leads to Home Depot Facebook page. I got one reply every day so not really an efficient way of communication IMO. Don't bother trying.
2. I got a call from a Home Depot supervisor. How? I filed another complaint on top of my previous complaint. How was the call? Not good. Why? The supervisor did not even bother looking at the case before making the call and her words are full of contradictions. For example: she said that my request went up to above the supervisor level but could not explain why I did not get any call after my first complaint and why didn't she bother looking at the case before calling.
This is how unprofessional their owner, agents and supervisors are!

Has become my favorite reno supplier - has replaced Reno-Depot for me. Why you ask? Well, returns without a receipt are MUCH easier at HomeDepot because your credit card details are stored in their systems for easy look-up by staff. At Reno-Depot, if you do a return without having the receipt, they give you a credit note for the lowest price that the merchandise was ever sold - not what you paid for it. Typically 15% less from my experience. And they give you a hard time as well at Reno-Depot I'm such circumstances.

Compare that with Home Depot, where you can get your receipts mailed to you immediately when you psy for your purchases. So very easy to sort and store those receipts electronically and retrieve them for tax time. Also, seems to me that Home Depot has more staff on the floor to respond to questions, or get help.

Please note that I am not comparing the commitment or sincerity of staff at Reno-Depot: it's the corporate policies and lower staffing that makes it a more negative shopping experience and certainly a more negative post sales refund experience at Reno-Depot vs HomeDepot.

The worst customer service that i have ever recieved in my life! I asked at least 2 persons to help me with a product clearly on stock online. The standard approach is to walk you to the aisle, look for your article and when they are out of sight “helping you”. Never comeback. Avoid the gentleman Amille. He made me wait an hour to finally appearing working at a cashier and not saying a word. Honesty is free. Just say I cannot find it, period. I told customer service, they call him on, no answer, I went to find him and I was ignored, then I wanted to do a complaint and they tried to tell me that my article wasn’t in stock. At that moment I decided to do the purchase of the article in question Online, made a pickup same day request on that location and I forced them to find it.
Lazy people.

Ordered something with curbside pickup. I arrived at 7: 30pm on a weekday night when almost no one was at the store. Waited 25 minutes (including 10 minutes holding the line when I tried calling the store) before going into the store to inquire about my order. Took another 10 minutes to locate my item, and overall it took around 45 minutes for curbside pickup which should be quick and easy. Definitely not doing that again….

Bought a gazebo online. The delivery guy threw it off his truck damaging some panels. Now I have to run behind these bunch of people who don't seem to care. NICE WORK HOMEDEPOT.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and they come to you to verify if you need help, every employee was polite and nice. A special shout-out to the gentleman at the paint department who took the time to explain how to select according to my needs, and even if his shift was over, he helped me to cut my material so I could carry it back home. The young lady at the wood department cashier was also very helpful, professional and dedicated. A really great experience, I highly recommend! Prices are very good, equivalent more or less to others. (And to compare with Reno-Depot Marche central, although I went there only once so far, my experience was much better at Home-Depot!). Congratulations to your employees!

We were in this store to research and buy some flooring, specifically LVP waterproof vinyl. Floor service person Stephanie provided excellent, thorough, polite, informative service. We have worked before with this product and will decide shortly.
We shop here on a fairly regular basis.

Got charges twice for the same item, can happen. Tried to call over 20 times, no-one ever picks up the phone or if they do after you waited for an hour they just hang up on you without even talking to you. Contacted their messaging service, they opened a ticket, I followed up twice. One month later still haven't been able to talk to anyone and the $480 double charge has still not be refunded. Have to know cancel this charge with my credit card but what kind of business does just not answer clients. Never again Home Depot!

Customer experience is visibly not a priority.

Ordered pickup, waited half hour, had to go inside, waited 20 minutes.

On the phone trying to reach them for 20 minutes but no answer.

I have called several times there, nobody ever picks up.

Suis allée chez Home Dépôt Sauvé la semaine dernière. Magasin propre et bien organisé. Servie par Jackie et Nick, deux employés très professionnels qui connaissent la quincaillerie. Je souligne leur performance car elle a fait une grande différence dans mon magasinage.

Très mauvais service. Au nom du Covid, les employés se permettent de ne pas respecter certaines habitudes de base. Et si tu appelles le service à la clientèle, bonne chance! C'est décevant, c'était mon magasin préféré pendant les dix dernières années.

Worst customer care skills and knowledge about their products in plumbing department. When I asked to have an adapter or reduction between 3/4" and 3/8" the guy told me that it looks like I want to install a bicycle wheel to a car and doesn't exist. Not trusting these guy by default I spent like 30 minutes looking in all their bins and I found it, picture attached to prove (looking for straight and found 90 deg, but still). When I go back to the guy to tell him I found the way to install that wheel on my car, he turn his back mumbling things. Lucky for him I didn't heard exactly what he said. Disappointed. One star is one too many for this jerk.

They were great. We bought a piece of plywood that wouldn't fit our car and they helped us to figure it out. We were scared to use the ratchet strap and some recommendations. They couldn't apply it for liability purposes (which we understand) but we really liked their help

Customer Service is good because they can answer your questions; but, they're answers may not be what you expected.

In short, I've been to this location several times but I can never find what I'm looking for. I always end-up getting it online via a competitor.

On the contrary, it's a great location to learn and get new ideas.

They promote and said curbside pickups are working but we email and call and nothing happened.
After 15 mins waiting in the car thankfully we went as they had no idea.

Worst Home Depot!

They refused to pricematch everytime. They tell you 'We reserve the right to refuse to pricematch'. Which is not true. Their own website doesn't say so. I'll bring my business to Reno Depot next door.

J'ai fait préparer une commande Web je n'ai malheureusement pas pris la peine de vérifier toutes les petites choses dans le sac qui était avec toute ma grosse commande arrivé à la maison j'ai remarqué qu'il manquait un outil et ils me disent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire assurez-vous de toujours bien vérifier à la moindre petite pièce car une fois que vous êtes partis ils ne feront plus rien pour vous c'est décevant un outil à 13 $ ils veulent rien faire pour me dépanner

Worst experience at Home Depot ever. No one wanted to help (except Josie who did her best). I spoke to 5 people and only one (Josie) seem to acknowledge that when a customer ask for help, he’s not trying to bother her.

Usually love the service but been having trouble with the truck and trailer rentals lately. They don't know what is reserved or not and had me waiting for 3 hrs just to find out that it was available all along. Wasted my entire day. No compensation offered for the trouble. Need to improve the process
