Le 26 octobre je me suis rendu à ce Home dépot pour acheter du bois, un employé s'est approché de moi et m'a demandé en anglais" Can I help you". J'ai dit No, mais je commence à être royalement tanné d'être abordé uniquement en anglais, surtout à Vaudreuil qui était 90% francophone il y a 15 ans, maintenant c'est rendu courant d'être abordé en anglais. Le pire c'est j'ai mentionné que je regardais les morceaux de bois qui étaient les plus droits puisqu'il n'y en avait pas, le monsieur qui semblait être de l'Inde, n'a pas rien dit et s'est en allé. J'ai eu l'impression qu'il ne comprenait pas un mot en français. Je vais aller chez Reno-Depot dorénavant.
On vient de me demander de continuer la conversation via twitter ou instagram ou facebook. Je n'ai aucun de ces comptes là, bien oui il est encore possible de vivre sa vie en 2021 sans être présent virtuellement.

Ordered windows in March 2021. They came to install with cracked frames and missing windows. No communication, make false promises and we are October 2021 and they still have not completed the work.

One of best stores for home services. I rented some equipment and the person who gave me the rental helped to use the equipment and it was awesome! I was like this is the best. I would highly recommend this store to anybody looking for rentals or even buying stuffs.

Lots of stuff for the home and garden. Some good specials and other items are similar in price or higher from other stores such as Canadian tire. Overall a good experience.

Horrible service, other than Frederick in deck planning he is amazing! Paid in full almost 6 months ago and still waiting on parts of my order, with absolutely no help from home office, 4 delivery issues so far including a day the driver just decided he was finishing and never showed up, a 2nd delivery they forgot to put half my order on the truck and the last straw was promised a rock delivery within 2 days as they said they have an overstock of it, and delivery was booked 10 days out. Again called home office they made a "ticket " to fix it and no call back nothing. Called the store, was told I would be called back, 3 days later still nothing Will take your money, because of coarse you should pay in full, then ignore you, and you are to just wait for them! This is just disgraceful service, and I'm beyond angry!

Went looking for a hard-to-find plank of wood and was able to immediately get assistance when I asked for what I needed to the point that I was escorted directly to the product and then given a flatbed shopping cart on which to put the 8 foot planks. When I next asked for help regarding a stain for the wood, I was told which aisle to head to and the associates in that area were equally helpful. In and out in 15 minutes. THAT is what a proper customer experience looks like.

J'ai acheté un frigo pour ma tante de 82 ans qui emménage dans une résidence pour personne âgées et pour s'assurer de l'avoir à temps, celui-ci a été commandé quelques mois avant, elle a regardé quelques models avec l'aide de l'employé, qui nous a donné les informations par écrit du model souhaité. Une fois choisi, mon conjoint est allé faire l'achat pour ma tante. La livraison fut confirmée, le tout se déroule à merveille.
Ma tante me contacte en me disant qu'elle avait demandé un 33 pouces et celui reçu est un 30 pouces. Je contacte le magasin, parle avec la personne et on voit qu'un 30 pouces a été commandé par erreur. Tout de suite elle me donne le numéro à contacter et m'affirme qu'on pourra faire l'échange et vérifie que le 33 pouces est bien disponible. Je téléphone, parle avec quelqu'un, elle doit vérifier, me met en attente mais après un bon moment, la ligne coupe. Je rappelle mon contacte chez Home Dépôt, et tout de suite elle a pris en charge la situation. Nous avons réglé le tout dès le lendemain matin, avec compensation étant donné que nous n'avions pu déterminer où le malentendu s'était produit.
JOSÉPHINE, une employée hors paire, qui va bien au-delà du service à la clientèle normal. Nous avons référées plusieurs personnes à Joséphine et les commentaires sont unanimes, c'est LA PERSONNE à voir aux électros. Je souhaite bien que le magasin s'ssurera de faire mention de ceci lors de leur "rally" du matin quand Josephine sera de retour de vacances, elle le mérite bien!

The store is fine but the check was lousy. They only had open the self checkout counters. Thank God there was at least three girls there. But non of the regular cashes were open.
And the labels on some of the products I had didn't work, so the girl had to run around to look for the prices. The self service counter didn't save any time at all!
But the clerk was very nice.

The older lady with glasses in the Tiling dept should learn a how to speak to customers. If they are having a tough time speaking french, she should respond in english. When you are spending thousands of dollars and need a question answered this grey haired lady should really get some lessons in customer service. Its not only that she refuses to speak english it's the way she responds in general. Just rude. 3 times in 2 wks.all bad experiences.

English in the surrounding areas is prevalent and these are your customers. I'm about 70% bilingual, less about things I dont know about and if I need an answer to something I should be directed to someone who can help me.if she cant or wont speak english.
I would never have anyone working for me that was not at least 50% bilingual in customer service.
I have shopped here for over 15yrs and renovated businesses and homes.all other staff were great and very helpful.
Funny thing is I went to Reno-depot a few days ago and was asked 4 times in french and English if I needed any help.
I still like home depot but she should be spoken with to give a better effort.ultimately it is us.the same clients that help her get paid, regardless of language.

Generally I like this location, but lately I have found that they often mislead clients. When you search on the website and check the box for items available in store, they are frequently not. You waste your time going to the store to find that the item is not available, or sold out. I feel that this is akin to bait and switch

Awfull experience with the handling of a customer service issue with very quick wear.

Older Tools department employee looks at me.chuckles. Says he won't do anything.i ask him to clarify and he begins to walk away from me. When I ask him why he would ignore my simple question. He tells me I'm dealing with customer service and not him. Very disrespectful attitude towards a customer.

Tells me if it wears out you need to replace it.and that home Depot pays him 3 pairs of work shoes per year. Doubt it.
I seem to have offended him by asking for a credit (even partial) as I will be purchasing a more expensive replacement. (which I would have bought regardless)

home Depot has alwen my store of choice for all tools and projects.

Je suis allez chez home dépôt Vaudreuil,
J’ai bien été reçus j’ai acheté pour 5.000 dollars de matériaux et lorsque venu le temps de payez
J’ai utilisé ma carte de débit donc demande à la caissière de mettre 1000,00 sur ma carte de débit et le reste sur ma carte de crédit,
Donc un bug avec la caisse comme tout ordis celui ci a gelé. Car la caissière avait cancellé la transaction,
Aucun problème ont recommence, mais ils avait déjà débité le 1000,00 sur ma carte débit.
Le problème c’est qu’il ne pouvaient le prendre en compte en me disant qu’ils sera remboursé dans 2 ou 3 semaines.
WoW! J’ai demandé un reçus de caisse au moins pour le 1000 dollars pris en trop, et il en étais pas questions wowowow.
Je devrai attendre que home dépôt me rembourse selon M le directeur Marc Antoine Plante qui est assez ordinaire ….
J’avais vraiment besoins de ses matériaux pour mon projet et ils sont déjà très cher pas besoins de payez un surplus qui ne leur appartient pas.
Je suis amer de cette transaction qui plus est n’est toujours pas remboursée…

Went to see about buying some blinds, no staff to help. The one staff member in the blind section was so rude we walked out. We bought over $5,000 of blinds at blind store who provided excellent top notch customer service for less than the cost at Home Depot. I would suggest Home Depot to get rid of their blind department as they don't have the appropriate staff to provide proper customer service and show the associate the door!

One of our favorite stores in Vaudreuil; we got so many stuff from here, from garden plants (our climber roses and climbing rose trellis), deck stains, bathroom equipments, wall tiles, floor tiles, and shower head etc. Many floor models and the employees are helpful and super friendly to help. Our roses are so healthy it’s unbelievable after the tough Montreal weather. The person who works at the staining/paint section helped us narrow down our needs. Always have nice shopping experience and cool finds here.

Horrible customer servvie. Over 2 hours wait. Chat tells you to be patient, after 2 hours it closes itself! On the phone now saying lines are too busy to be on hold call later.they have taken 12 transactions on my CC and can't reach anyone!

I psersonally find the store is lacking choices of physical stock. However it seems like everyone is moving towards online shopping and they just tell us to order online. But i guess i am old school and want to go and physicaly touch and feel the product to see if it suites my needs before having to buy and return.

Staff is attentive. Covid restrictions, specifically lineup for cash are silly and unnecessarily restrictive without being safer. Nevertheless, lots of availability if Home Depot if your preferred home improvement stop.

I found a snowblower on the website and my wife called to make sure they had it in stock. Only the demo was left and we were still interested. Were told that there would be a price adjustment it being the floor model and all. The manager was to call us with the price and we would go and snap it up. Never got the call. Next day to try and stay with our regular store, we called again and the manager would call back at 12: 30. Never got a call. Called greenfield park store. Talked immediately with the manager who had only the demo and gave us a nice deal over and above the liquidation price. Sold. Hell of a difference from one store to the next.

I love home depot, but I went during my lunch hour to pick up my online order and thought that I would be in and out. The pick up counter is shared with the return counter. They mainly served the people returning items even if they came in after me. I rarely complain but this time I have to say they dropped the ball. It would have been faster for me to just pick up my item from the shelf and pay at the cash. I hope that this is a one off bad experience. This is the first time tried the order online and pickup in store. I don't think that I would be doing that again. I should have used the free shipping option since I qualified for. It may have been faster.

Quoique le service à la clientèle est bon comme dans les autres départements du magasin (c'est d'ailleurs pourquoi je ne vais plus chez Réno-Dépôt), le commis ne connais pas vraiment ce qu'il loue et les prix de location sont BEAUCOUP élevés que la compétition. Je vous suggère de regarder ailleurs avant et de louer chez Home Dépôt qu'en dernier recours.
