Very helpful staff, Mr. Mohammed the manager is super nice and flexible, always try to keep the clients satisfied, that's why I always choose this store for the supplies that I need even if I can get a better price somewhere else

I was looking for garden seats and I found that they have some. It was the only place close to me. So I went and found 2 in stock and purchased them. It's and of season. I had a good day. I wish you the same.

Edit: Chloe at service counter. So chewing gum like a cow eating grass. Also booking concert tickets is not priority over servicing customers waiting in line. Exactly what she did. Left someone waiting and didn't place an order to book something personal. Disgusting

You can place an online order, then have it cancelled (guaranteed) because suddenly what was in stock, miraculously vanished. I've placed an order four times for the same product. It's been cancelled three times so far. Let's see if we are in for another disappointment, shall we? Then have a go at their live chat support. They will claim to have no knowledge of why your orders were cancelled (what a wonderful system that is), and tell you your pending order is not cancelled (no kidding). So thanks for nothing really, their help is unsurprisingly unhelpful in all aspects. Thank for the rudeness Enid T.of Live Chat services!
Word of advice, just stick to buying what is in stores. Their online services suck - hence why Amazon is blowing away the competition I suppose. It clearly has never dawned on them to NOT cancel orders and instead queue them up until inventory becomes available with periodic updates on the order's status. What an ingenious system this must be - only applicable to all other online retailers. But no, not Home Depot - what a class act.

I want to return the product today which I purchased at 4pm on 27th July 2023, it was broken when I was using it, and a screw popped out, I can not continue use it that everything come out I will get hurt, , but I was going to go camping next day, so when I came back and return it today, but the lady who is a manager didn't believe that we just bought it, and said that we used the old things for a long time, even though I provided the receipt, The other reason is that they can't sell it again! Does the store resell the broken items to the customers? ？！！ Finally, she said that today is not to give me a refund, let me choose a new one, give me a 30% discount. I feel so insulted because she think we lied! If the receipt can not be used as evidence, then what the receipt for!

Your store manager discredited my personal reputation, and the lady said she was the only manager at the store who could handle it. It took me a long time to find the wrapping paper, I took pictures of the product sequence she asked for, I don't trust you anymore and I won't go to your store again! That manager did serious damage to my psychology and integrity today!

Home Depot offers the cheapest price when it comes to home appliances, that's given.but our expectations exceeded this month when we bought a bunch of home appliances again for our new house. Abdul K.helped us with everything that we need. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. Indeed a top notch customer service!
