Je suis passé au home dépôts le 27 décembre 2023 vers 10h pour acheter un lave-vaisselle. J'ai malheureuement rencontré un service clientèles décevant, l'associé semblait peu intéressé par son travail. Cela a considérablement affecté mon expérience d'achat.

Le service client est carrément lamentable, avec un personnel d'une arrogance insupportable, en particulier dans la location de camions. Ils ont dû prendre mes informations manuellement, car leur système ne fonctionnait pas. Deux semaines plus tard, le jour où j'avais besoin du camion, il était en panne, sans aucun avertissement. L'employé n'a offert aucune option ni aide. Un service totalement inacceptable. Évitez cette expérience et choisissez un autre Home Depot.

Magasin de Laval. Le gérant contrôle tout et ne laisse aucune initiative à son personnel, I'll faut attendre longtemps pour régler un problème car il doit être partout est court comme une poule pas de tête, le magasin du marché central est bien mieux

You can find all kind of things tu build your deck, garden, house, bathroom. You can fin appliances, lamps, doors, construction material plants. Anything to improve your house

We decided to buy the materials at Home Depot to the quality of the wood they had to be able to do our deck. We ordered online, got i delivered on a specific date and everything went well. During delivery the delivery man noticed one 12 foot wood was missing. Not a problem, the next day I called customer service to them we were missing a piece, they asked if we would be home later in the day so that they could deliver. Also not a problem, we waited but no one came. I waited 4 days, then decided to call again. Talked to someone and she took my number down and said she would call back. Waited two days then had to haul myself to the Home Depot store to credit the missing item since I had to finish my deck I went somewhere closer to my house to get the missing piece. I specifically paid for delivery because it was a hassle to go get the wood in a small car. In conclusion no one called me back, never received service even if I called. Service is not up to par and I'm unhappy that I paid for delivery but still had to drive to different places to be able to finish my building project.

Personnel très courtois qui prend le soin de dire bonjour aux clients lorsque nous entrons. Merci! Un accueil très apprécié. Beaucoup de fournitures car les tablettes sont bien remplies. J'ai trouvé tous les articles nécessaires pour continuer ma construction.

Love this store, I can spend full day without getting bored, they offer an excellent service and always willing to help, the store very well organized good job Home Depot Laval.the only disadvantage is the Home Depot price increased compare to market and other competitors

J’aime ce magasin, un excellent service à la clientèle, des membres d’équipe a l’écoute et ils ont beaucoup de connaissances pour répondre à touts nos questions, le magasin est tres propre et organisé, le seul désavantage c les prix de Home Depot qui ont augmenté pas mal et on peut trouver des moins chers chez les compétiteurs et en ligne.

Malgré la pénurie de main-d'oeuvre en ce temps de pandémie, le service à la clientèle est très dévoué pour la clientèle et j'ai eu droit à un service impeccable. Merci!

Ils m’ont livré un frigidaire tout bossé et grafigné! Après deux ans d’appels et d’appels et d’appels toujours rien!
Ils me répettent qu’ils vont me dédomager, mais encore là aucun appel!
Aucun suivi d’après vente!
Achetez jamais là!

Un des seul magasin que je mets en même rang que Costco et PrincessAuto pour le service clientèle et la politique de retour très flexible (facture, carte de crédit utilisé, délai flexible, no question asked). La garantie de prix est un sinon le meilleur parmi les centres de rénovation, large choix de produits. Un fidèle client.

Variété de produits (mais n'ont pas les chauffe-eaux de Giant). Les articles dont j'avais besoin étaient en stock, sensiblement aux mêmes prix que la compétition. Caisses automatiques pas très Covid puisque chaque client taponne dessus et doit prendre le lecteur de codes à barres pour scanner ses articles.

It has a lot of stock, no need to ask help of an employee because simply they know nothing, they send you to the wrong ile, it happened much often.
You are on your own.

Je suis allé pour une chaîne pour suspendre une assiette pour plante mais il n'y avait rien que des grosses chaînes mais je n'aime pas vraiment le service

Très bon service et le personnel est disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous n'avons pas à les chercher dans le magasin.

We went to buy a washing machine there, and I had never thought of Home Depot for appliances. They were busy so we waited at least 30 min before being served. Khalid served us finally and I am happy we waited. He explained everything with us. He was so thorough, so meticulous. Was so friendly and polite. The service was excellent!

When I need something for renovation I can find it there quickly. The staff is very responsive and helpful. Once I couldn't find the needed tool and the representative helped me in no time to locate it.

I was served by Valens at this Home Depot (Laval) and he not only guided me easily through the store for what I needed for several home projects, but he also helped with great advice and tips on home renovations I needed to do. If only all service agents of hardware stores can be like Valens, client experiences would be much better. Keep up the great work!

I am giving this store a five star review solely cause of ONE remarkable employee who saved my day with her resourcefulness and great customer service. Long story short I travelled 80 km to pick up an item SOUMAYA assisted me with the issues presented with my deadline for an oval mirror, she is a gem and I hope you are proud to have her on your team, as a designer/remodelling contractor I appreciate great service and I find not often enough are the people who make it all come together given credit to. I was helped by a girl previous to coming back to the customer service desk.she was polite but not nearly as helpful as Sounaya who went above and beyond to reassured me she would call another store and secure the item needed. Overall I have to say Home Depot focuses a lot on customer service and finishing details are sure to be found there above rona or Reno depot. If you need matte black trim or etc, you will never find it in stock any other place! So thank you again,

I go here to rent a van to move various things. Every time I needed one they had, and they don't inflate their prices during moving season (all home Depot are like this)

Service via telephone = vraiment decevant. 3 hrs pour rejoindre un employe et toujours pas de suivi via telephone, courriel ou meme texto.tres decue!

Beaucoup de choix, bien situé mais la majorité du personnel ne connaisse pas les produits ou même leurs localisations dans le magasin, suggérant aléatoirement des rangées. C'est fréquent que les employés vous dirigent dans la mauvaise rangée, si vous réussissez d'abord par en attraper un!

Great staff!
I went to this store after having an awful customer service experience at a competitor store and was positively surprised by the friendly staff (from the girls at customer service counter to the guys at appliances section)! Staff of other Home Depot stores are not so good.
This store is a little far for me, but for sure I will give it preference when I need Home Depot products.

Lovely staff, Cindy and amara were very professional, took the time to listhen to my issue and offer me the best course of action. My issue was the plants were easily fixed by Cindy! Thank you!

They didn't have what I needed but that does not affect my review. My review is based on the customer service I received. Walked in with my broken item in hand walked up to an employee who didn't look like he was doing much to begin with. Was going to ask him if he could direct me to garage door parts and before I could finish saying "bonjour" he told me that he didn't work in this department and quickly rushed off in another direction. Luckily the employee 5 aisles down was more helpful.

Apparently you cannot pick up items using a Canadian citizenship card as it is recognised as a valid Piece of ID, if you don't own a driver license you cannot pick up your order and they treat you like a fraudster.very disturbing experience!

Nice products but not enough sales person on the floor to accompany you. Lots of préposées at checkout points n can't really understand their roles there just standing n smiling to clients.

On cherche un peu les commis. Les produits son heureusememt différents des autres chaines dans la famille Rona.

The best home improvement store in Laval. They answer all questions and are very helpful. They speak English better than other home improvement stores. Charge only 1 $ for every cut for wood and they do it right away unlike other similar stores in the area.

No one to help you, short staff all the time! Not very knowledgeable. Avoid, go to Reno depot or Rona.

This store has THE BEST EMPLOYEE EVER, her name is Linda. We arrived in the store overwhelmed with the amount of options and without knowing what we need to use in our renovation. She helped us with the painting and brushes, and now because of her everything looks AMAZING!
She seems to love what she does, and treat us like family! What else can we wish for?

Like going here for home reno ideas, check out the garden centre, and holiday themes. Good place to find good tools! Except I did not find a no. 5 Allen key that is long with handle.

Understaff big time. Product on website but not store. The person who serve me was very nice and overworked. This is why Amazon takes over everything. CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They don't have carbon filters for the in-house filtering system. They were very helpful though, opposite to Reno depot where the employees are always very 'busy' and have little manners towards customers. Service is way better at Home Depot.

Cashiers could act a bit more professional and not seem like I'm disturbing them. Store layout, organization and cleanliness are exemplary.

The store is well equipped and has virtually anything you look for. I insist they should work on the customer service. It is virtually impossible to get a hold of a rep plus you're looked at as a weirdo if you speak English. Particularly, I had a horrific delivery experience, probable the worst I've ever had.

They don't take back the gaz cylinder you purchased there. Only exchange for a full one. So inconvenient!

On doit toujours se servir parce qu’il y a jamais personne qui peut nous aider. Et si tu essayes de demander de l’aide, les employés te fuient. Où t’envoies dans n’importe quelle rangée pour se débarrasser de toi sans t’accompagner. Laisse vraiment à désirer comme magasin.

J'ai attendu 30 min.pour commis et personne n'est venu même après qu'un autr commis ai appelé la personne responsable du département. J'ai perdu mon temps pour rien.

Personnel du service à la clientèle poli, courtois et très gentils. Par contre la dame dans le saisonnier est assez bête merci. Donc j'enlève 1 étoile à cause delle. Mais sinon l'endroit est bien pour un home depot.

Je tiens à remercier Yves du rayon des électroménagers pour son professionnalisme, son écoute attentionnée et ses bons conseils. Jamais je n'ai senti de pression de vente, même si j'ai fini par acheter mon réfrigérateur au Home Depot! Un employé en or qui devrait être cité en exemple.

Made a PRO order on Friday, which was delivered as promised on Monday but Bath box was marked stained. After looking at it decided the stain was too noticeable so called my PRO rep and informed her of this. She agreed to send me a replacement and to send the 3 missing plywood sheets she forgot to put on order. Tuesday NO DELIVERY received. Called Tues night to arrange a WED AM delivery. Delivery shows up on WED with a bath with hole for drain on wrong side. Had to load the bath In SUV and go to nearest Home depot store to change it.

Disons que dans j'y suis allé j'ai cherché longtemps une personne pour m'aider pour finalement que la dame dans la section des plantes dehors me dise comment son système de ranger/colonne/section/numéro de la place ou est situé le stock eh bien jamais plus je n'aurai besoin d'un comis ou d'aide.

Very expensive rentals.borderline robbery. Paid 578$ (400$ + taxes+insurance) for a 4 day rental of a jack hammer.same category costs less than half to rent at Simplex (178$+taxes+insurance) and of the 3 employees working behind the rentals counter, only one knew how to do his job.will never go back again.
